This was a very memorable Umrah for me…
This was a very memorable Umrah for me and my wife. This was mainly due to the good planning and support by Ahmed who ensured that we were well informed at every stage.
The hotels in Makkah and Medinah were excellent. Both were literally 2 minutes away from each Haram. Hotel staff were respectful and helpful in every aspect. Taxi transfers were on time with professional drivers. Ahmed had the courtesy to contact me throughout my journey to check that things were ok. In general, I would give this travel agency and particularly brother Ahmed a 5 star rating and truly recommend their services to anyone.

Hamza was the best. I would recommend Al-Zowar
Hamza was our main contact and he was amazing. Allahumubarik he communicated with us constantly and was always checking in. He ensured all of our questions were answered and often within the hour. Even when we requested adding an additional bed to one of the rooms last minute he sorted it for us. Choosing Al-Zowar travel was one of the main reasons our Ummrah trip was amazing. We booked our Umrah package (including hotels) with Ms. Wardah, and her service and support were excellent. She literally travelled with us every step of the way through her constant follow-up and unconditional support.
She arranged a great package with 5-star hotels in Madinah (Movenpick) and Makkah (Swissôtel). Both hotels were very close to the Haram and shopping areas, and we had great support at every stage of our journey. She also organised Ziyarah and travel arrangements at very good prices, and we felt our blessed journey was peaceful and well-managed thanks to her.
I highly recommend anyone from the UK to contact Alzowar Travel for Umrah and Hajj packages. Thank you once again, and In shaa Allah, we will plan our next trip through them as well.

Great service by AlZowar Travel. Can’t fault the service. The company took care of everything from start to finish for our Umrah travel from 2nd November to 11th November 2025. All the logistics were in place and travel arrangements were in place as detailed in the package. A minor glitch at the hotel in Makkah was quickly resolved thanks to the quick intervention of Wards. Can’t thank you enough for making all the arrangements and your constant check-in through the various stages of the process. Everything from flights, hotel, local transfers, Ziyaraats went smoothly. best umrah experience with Al Zowar
We had a truly memorable Umrah trip with AL ZOWAR TRAVEL. The Makkah hotel was fantastic—our room had a clear, direct view of the Kaaba, which made our stay extra special. In Medina, our hotel was just a 3-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi and incredibly close to all the markets, making everything convenient and easy for us.
Special thanks to our agent, Mustafa, who communicated clearly at every stage and made the process smooth. He organised all of our transport and helped arrange the Ziyaraats, ensuring that every detail was covered. The whole experience was seamless and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

A fantastic Umrah trip
What can I say , a fantastic experience overall. This was a first Umrah for me and my family and of course we were very sceptical as there is so many companies out there.
We were dealt through a representative by the name Wardah who was so professional.
We searched many companies and Alzowar had amazing reviews and we took the risk. It was a risk worth taking.
From the first day until the last, the representative Wardah understood and looked after our every need. She made a full travel package for us based on our needs , this included travel , transport to and from the Airports and a travel guide.
My wife is a Pakistani citizen on a spousal Visa whilst we are British ; rest assured Wardah worked tirelessly to not only get our Visas organised but also my wife’s .
Once we got to Madinah and Makkah , Wardah was always one message away if we hade any immediate questions .
