The order was fulfilled to perfection, and more quickly than I expected.

I live in the North of England and I received a personalised Christmas gift from a friend based in Northern Ireland (Yes I have already opened it!) The quality of the glass and the engraving was top class and really amusing, unfortunately the name on the glass wasn't mine. Even though I hadn't purchase the gift myself, Always Looking Good, were amazing, they distributed me the correct glass, to my own home address and it arrived within 36 hours , recorded delivery, at what is probably their busiest period of the year. Thank you ever so much and I will start looking through your website to see what birthday gifts I can order from there for my friends and family.

Great service. Sadly mug ordered for my daughter had a broken handle when arrived through post. Emailed customer services and a new item despatched immediately. Very pleased with items and service.

I bought a £3 voucher from Wowcher for a half price box. When I went enter the code it did not work.

To ask for assistance I emailed the address on their website, which was not receiving email, presumably not manned or incorrect. I received a response from another chat bot style what’s app messenger, and provided all of the details/screen shots asked for, then I didn’t get a response.

Very upset I have bought a voucher, which has probably now expired and through faulty link and poor customer service haven’t got anywhere or the product!

The engraved glasses come better than I expected. I really recommend

Great service and very quick delivery

I ordered 3 prescription Whisky glasses,
The engraving was terrible, parts of letters missing on all of the glasses,
Not on the personalised engraving but on the rest. The customer service was useless and not fit for purpose, I sent photographs showing the faults but they replied saying it was acceptable and made various ridiculous excuses,
Regarding the reply from
"Always Looking Good"
They are saying "the lettering is engraved on and not printed"
I have never said the lettering was printed,
I said "The Engraving is Atrocious with parts of the letters missing on all of the items"
The Customer service is completely not fit for purpose and not interested in the problem, they just come out with irrelevant excuses.

This Company is friendly and professional. 😊☺️

Couldnt believe it when I came across this personalised wine glass, bought for my sister's birthday in April, as she always refers to wine as her medicine. Was so excited to give it to her though that I couldn't wait til April and gave it to her when I saw her soon after delivery. Prompt delivery and wine glass very well packaged. I ordered an ‘prescription rum glass’ When it arrived at first I thought it was damaged. There were missing chunks from letters where the engraving had clearly not been done properly. It was in such a bad state I just can’t give it to someone as a gift.

I raised this with the owner and was told this was normal and there was nothing they could do.

Despite sending photos and explaining that this was supposed to be a special Christmas gift, the owner refused to take any responsibility, offered no apology and no refund.

This all happened a week before Christmas, leaving me little time (and budget!!!) to find a replacement present.

Appalling customer service and a product which isn’t sold as advertised. Very disappointed.

The whole experience was great! Ordered for the first time, and the gift boxes arrived promptly, well packaged and beautifully created. I was so impressed, I ordered again within the week of the initial arrival which was delivered in a similar and impressive fashion! I will definitely be ordering more!
