Nice price good comfort

Excellent product got this mattress for my mother aprox 3 months ago .It is comfortable for her and no issues.It was a reasonable price for difficult times.This mattress is much much better the the mattress that came with the hospital bed rental.

I ordered a refurbished Bair Hugger

I ordered a refurbished Bair Hugger. When it arrived, it had a European plug. I worked with customer service and they were very helpful, but I ordered the unit in December 2021 and didn't receive the replacement until March of 2022. The replacement unit was not in as good of condition as the original one with the European plug. Employees were courteous and helpful but the product and delays were unsatisfactory.

The autoclave I just purchased from…

The autoclave I just purchased from them came with no trays and does not work. It never gets above room temp and then after hours it gives an error message. I read the manual 5 times. No solutions. I need this replaced but no one is calling me back.

Hello. We are very sorry to hear this. We did receive a message in the general mailbox after hours night before last, and just said it was Dr. P with no return number or no order number. We searched through all of our orders, and finally figured out who it was, and tried calling 3 times yesterday. We went right to a mailbox every time. We left a detailed message with all of our information. We picked up a message this morning that you left last night again after hours. This time a different phone number was left than the one on your order. Since you are in CA and we are in IL, we were waiting until 8am your time to call this morning. As far as the trays and instruction manual were concerned, they were both enclosed in the packaging. We take pictures of all of our units after refurbishment and during the shipping process. We leave them in the autoclave when shipped. Maybe someone removed them without your knowledge. We would be happy to share all of those pictures with you as we cannot post them here.

We have tried returning your call and we are trying to take care of you. You received this 3 weeks ago, and this is the first we are hearing of it. Please allow us to help. We will be calling you shortly.
