Kerry in the Brigg branch has been so very helpful in planning our “special holiday”, we gave her the details of a cruise and extra stopover to include a mini safari lasting one month. It’s our first big cruise and quite complicated to plan, then changes to internal/long haul flights, transfers, major luggage, currencies etc, she simply took the reins and hey presto, we have a holiday to really look forward to, couldn’t recommend her/them highly enough. Won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else to book a holiday. Any holiday you want they will sort it for so helpful

Althams Ilkley totally take the stress out of booking a holiday. They’re so knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble. They are friendly and ever helpful before you travel but at the same time you feel secure whilst away - knowing they are at the end of a phone. Kate, the manager is fantastic ably assisted by Karen.

I spoke to Karen Allan from Accrington altham about finding us a family holiday within our budget. Karen got back to me straight away after finding 3 perfect holidays. Just booked again with Althams Travel Accrington, I always deal with the manager Clare. She is always very helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble, she always takes the time to find us the right holiday. We wouldn't book anywhere else.

We used Althams travel in Accrington the lady that served us (Karen Allan)was very helpful.We were going on our first cruise and she advised us on the one that would be perfect for us and we went on the Bollette from Liverpool with Fred Olsen it was for our 50th wedding anniversary and Karen took her time with us and she got us what we wanted.

Althams in Otley - We have been using this travel agent for years as they are friendly, knowlegable and provide great customer care. Manager Katherine and her staff offer advice and up to date offers.

Have always received fantastic service from Althams in Batley. All staff are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Lyndsey in particular, who has booked several holidays for us over the years, as we find she always goes above and beyond to find the perfect holiday carefully tailored to our particular needs.

We have been coming to Althams at Otley since 2017. They ensure that we have our needs met, that the holiday can meet our budget. They always listen to ensure it meets our expectations. We have been on a fly drive to California, 10 days in Sorrento, a week in Valletta, 10 days in Kos, we are going to Cyprus next year. California was a difficult one to arrange, but they managed it no problem. They are a fantastic team. Wholly reliable staff and really friendly 🥰❤️

I have been using the Yeadon Branch of Althams for the last 12 years to book my holidays. The staff are always very friendly, proessional, helpful, patient & knowledgeable. If the holiday, eg flight or hotel, that I have chosen is fully booked they usually manage to find an alternative date, resort or hotel they think would suit me. Also they print your boarding passes off & will order currency in if they don't already have it in.
A great team of staff currently in the Yeadon office, especially Sarah the manager, another Sarah, Lyndsay & Heather.

Todays experience ref asking for foreign currency was terrible. Clitheroe office manager needs to take a course in customer care. previous staff have always had a smile on their faces polite and accommodating.

We had a fantastic experience booking 2 holidays for next year. Chloe at the Chorley branch was very helpful and patient with us. We provided her with what we wanted the holidays to include and she happily obliged and we managed to book 2 great holidays for 2026 that we are vey much looking forward to. Thanks again Chloe!
