I am on my second month of my shots. I had an issue with the vial making it unsafe. I jumped on the chat let them know and emailed pictures. I also got ahold of the pharmacy that does the compound. They jumped right on it and got me a new compound vial out.

This company is worth going through. It's cheaper than everywhere else, and the medicine is working! I take tirzepatide and ive lost close to 30lbs in my second month. Im going into my third and will continue until i reach my goals. Their shipping is fast and my medicine comes cold even in AZ heat.
