I ordered a keyboard on May 2, 2025 and I have not received it. I have attempted to email them and ask on their social media pages with no response. The phone number listed on their page is a non working phone number. They had no issue running my credit card for payment , which is sad because my 12 year old used his money to buy the keyboard. They scammed a 12 year old.
Update: I filed a dispute with my bank due to ongoing inability to get in contact with Alt Customs. Once I filed the dispute, Alt Customs finally responded to my emails. They stated that their keyboard supplier shipped out supplies to them on May 23rd and they would let me know when my order was completed and shipped. I received another email from them stating that since I filed a dispute and a chargeback was requested, the only way to move forward was for me to remove my dispute with my bank. I then stated if they could give me a definitive ship date for my order I had no issue contacting my bank. Their response to this was that their supplier shipment had not been received yet (2 weeks later) and since the chargeback was initiated it was too late to move forward. Supposedly a refund was issued by Alt Customs but I have yet to see it.
I would be very cautious on ordering anything from them/ I learned my lesson and sadly my 12 year old was scammed out of his money.

So, it took a total of 6 days, and when it came, the quality was insane—I loved it. I even got the keyboard caps I wanted (Cotton Candy Keycaps). But I did some digging on their site and noticed they were false advertising.

If you go on their website and go to the shipping section, you'll see it says:

SHIPPING
"Express shipping within 1 to 7 business days
Next-day and Express delivery options also available"

And at checkout, it says:

Express
"1 to 2 business days"

It took 3 days for USPS to receive the package.

So technically, it is false advertising.

I contacted them and told them about it. A Customer Support member named Jamie Smith gave me a rude response. I threatened to issue a chargeback in the first email I sent, and this is what Jamie replied with:

"Your order shipped within two business days. If you are going to threaten to charge back, we can start a return for you."

So since y’all are going to give me a rude tone, I’m going to point out that you’re falsely advertising. Great company regarding the quality of the product, but y’all gotta get more professional—especially Jamie.

After I pointed out that they were false advertising, she completely changed her tone and said:

"We have refunded the entire order and we will not be able to accept an order from you again. I apologize."

Now I don’t know if I’ll ever buy from them again (not in a bad way, just ’cause I’m broke).

I checked my balance on my account (I used Apple Pay to purchase it), and I haven’t received the refund yet. I'm still waiting for a response—it takes up to 2 days for them lazy people to respond, yet they post TikToks every single day 💀 to boost their content.

Always read the policies of companies when buying something.

They advertise their keycaps fit 99% of keyboards. I have 8 mechanical keyboards and bought 14 keycap sets. The keycaps don’t fit a single keyboard. I asked for a return. They make me pay for shipping and make me pay a 15% restocking fee.

I ordered a keyboard and mouse pad bundle, ordered it for express delivery (1-2 days). Haven’t heard from the company even though I’ve reached out to them 2 times and now it’s been over a week.

Ordered a keyboard over a month ago. None of their numbers work- tried the number listed on the website and number listed on Facebook. The keyboard has not arrived. However, running my credit card was not an issue for them.

Shipping time is bad, bad customer service, but that's not the worst thing. They offer 'phenomenal keyboards' but in reality they are 30 dollar keyboards with some cool keycaps which is its only somewhat special feature, then they price them at 200 dollars. At this price point you can get the #1 gaming keyboard that all pros use which is the wooting. Or other keyboards like keychron half the price which are 10x better.

Ordered a mousepad a few weeks ago, it hasn’t updated the order past the original “order received.” So I emailed the support team TWICE and they haven’t responded. Do NOT buy from these scammers. They’re more concerned with making TikToks then actually fulfilling orders.

The keyboard was very late i ordered 2day shipping but the keyboard is okay tho the stablisers wherent lubbed and the keyboard sounded very hollow but besides that the keyboard is okay (Ps the rgb litting is not very cool)
