I ordered the beds, and had no communication , other than the day before to say it would be delivered the next day. On the day it was supposed to come I received a email which stated it won’t be delivered today. Tried to call them without any success, there was no apology from the company. I explained in email that I had taken time off work, to which they replied ‘what do you want me to do’? The whole process was extremely unprofessional, the beds have arrived and are ok, but no boards for the ottoman I again tried to call but can’t get through, I emailed and they replied and said they don’t come with it they are £30 extra for each bed, this is not stated on the website, which had it been I would have known. Basically very unprofessional company and zero customer service, avoid !!

So I’ve not come on here for a negative review, we had a positive experience with Al Sultan Furnishings.

We ordered the bed with mattress from ebay, few days after the order we received a call about delivery tomorrow, we were given a window from 0800 to 1800 but the delivery driver turned up at 1900 which I am Not going to hold against him because rather late than not at all.
The driver clocked that we are missing a footboard and a mattress, so he set up a discrepancy on their system, we signed for it and then the next working day I followed this up with their customer service via messaging channel and they ordered the missing parts for us.
Then 3 days later we got a call about delivery window the following day and the driver turned up in time with the missing parts and they were correct.

When we unpacked the bed for assembly we found an unmarked footboard and an extra set of assembly parts inside one of bodies of the bed (inside the half frame), the footboard was unpacked so we just compared it against the one we had just need supplied with and it was the same one. So I guess the staff who prepared the order knew that the footboard was inside or maybe it was there by mistake but unlikely if it was the correct one, but it was not packed, every single other part was factory packed. Anyway, we have two footboards now.
We obviously didn’t unpack or use the one that is packed and we’ve put it away to store.
We found a small defect at the foot end of one of the half frames, where the edge is attached to the corner, the screws were loose but our hands do not grow from arse and it’s nothing a few blows with a rubber hammer couldn’t fix.

For the price point the bed is okay, all parts fit and are functioning to start with.
I can’t fault the staff or the customer service as the delivery driver clocked at first which parts were missing from what we should have in the van, the customer service reacted rapidly and we weren’t left hanging waiting, the second delivery was fast and professional.

Al Sultan Furnishings-if you are reading this you are welcome to collect the extra footboard, it’s still packed away.

Very poor experience from start to finish.

On delivery, the bed was refused to be brought inside, despite this being expected as part of the service. When I questioned this, the delivery driver was extremely rude and dismissive, which was upsetting and completely unprofessional.

Following this, customer service handled the issue badly Adam there was no clear communication, no ownership taken, and I was given conflicting information. I was left feeling dismissed and forced to chase answers rather than being supported as a customer.

Due to the way this situation was handled, I have now contacted Trading Standards. The lack of accountability and the standard of customer service have been shocking.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Purchased the new york king size ottoman storage bedframe from The TV BEDS. Had it delivered today can't fault it, as described, Well made; delivery slot given night before and delivered durring that time with a phonecall letting me know they were on their way. I has read the reviews after purchasing and was worried however I can say no issues top quality

Bought bed for my son bed is faulty and not safe to sleep in and extremely poor quality not as shown or described received Sunday and since been ignored blocked from calling have now reported to trading standards as they should not be selling beds

AVOID the time slot given was 7-9 yet it turned up at 1am. Waited 2 weeks for delivery even though it stated within a week. The headboard is faulty, it doesn't have attachments to connect the bed together instead it just has holes where the fabric is cut and marks on the headboard. No communication or reply from the sellers. I will be reporting this as fraud and getting a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible service, terrible items!! Avoid at all cost.

Bed arrived damaged and unable to put together, sent replacement and just as bad.

They lie and ignore you.

Go to a proper established company rather than these cowboys

I purchased a bed from Al Sultan Furnishing (eBay username: tallat801) around October last year, and unfortunately, it’s been nothing but a stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish.

From the initial delivery, the bed arrived with missing parts, making it impossible to assemble. I was told replacement parts would be sent out, but I ended up waiting weeks—sometimes months—with no delivery on the promised dates. I was often left waiting in all day with no updates. I had to chase the company repeatedly just to get a response.

When the missing parts finally arrived, I discovered that half of the headboard (which comes in two pieces) was damaged. This resulted in yet another long wait for a replacement. Once I finally received the other half of the headboard, I was shocked to find that it was a completely different colour and didn’t even have the correct fittings to attach it properly.

I contacted the company multiple times again, and they initially promised to send out a new bed. However, since then, they’ve stopped responding altogether. I now feel I have no choice but to seek legal advice.

The whole process has been extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting. The service has been disorganised and unprofessional throughout, and the quality of the bed itself is poor. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Al Sultan Furnishing (eBay username: tallat801)—whether through eBay or their website—to avoid them at all costs. They do not seem to value their customers, and I believe they are doing everything they can to avoid issuing a refund despite the clear issues.

They commit to their word and deliver on their promises. Excellent service and a perfect mattress replacement

Absolutely beautiful bed the seller went above and beyond to make sure this arrived the only date I could be home for Couldn’t ask for more perfect seller perfect product and so easy to assemble the mattress is so comfy Thankyou so much
