The communication from the team was good and they arranged nice hotels for our trip. However, there were several issues that caused unnecessary inconvenience. First, the hotel was reserved under a different name, and because of that my brother was not allowed to check in until we arrived, even though everything was already prepaid. They promised compensation for this mistake, but it has now been over a month and we still have not received any refund.

Additionally, we had booked a visit to Jinn Mountain, but we were not informed that it was already closed. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of proper communication and planning.

Overall, while the booking service was good, these issues made the experience frustrating, and the lack of follow-up on the promised compensation was especially disappointing.

I used SHAFIE travels for my umrah trip and they were amazing . They provided transportation along with Ziyaraat exploring . A lot comes with what you are paying . I would really recommend you all to use them for your next umrah/hajj trip .

I used Al Shafie Travels to plan my Umrah Al Hamdoulilah with my mother. They have been really accommodating and I really appreciated the hotels and the car accommodation. We had few hiccups but Brother Hammad did his best to resolve and overall my expression was good. May Allah accept our Ibada and put his Baraka on their business

I don’t recommend anyone this travel people’s they just think there self. Very bad experience with them they says good things when you start booking with them after you reach there they will show you the real business with them even we reach there they don’t even book the room after waiting hours they don’t even arrange the right room charge us 6 people and provide 3 beds in madina also we pay good amount of Makkah and madina hotels also hire cheap ziyara peoples they don’t even like to wait rush you because they goes there so many time now they are bore to wait same places bad experience

We were actually anxious going to umrah after 15 plus years , but you made it very easy and memorable for us. From hotel bookings to timely pick and drop services, everything was smooth and well organized.The ziyarat in both Makkah and Madina was very informative and well explained by the guides . We didn't have to think or worry about anything but spend our time in ibadat, Alhamdulillah.

October 2024 we went to UMRA with Al Shafie Travel .
We were two me and my wife. We asked brother Haider we will make our own custom package like flight hotels ground transportation and sights seeing like Taif .
I can’t believe that this travel agency how they meet my 100% expectations and executive that and the best price.
