Selvom vi ikke verificerer specifikke påstande, fordi anmeldernes meninger er deres egne, kan vi godt betegne anmeldelser som "Verificerede", når vi kan bekræfte, at der har fundet en forretningsinteraktion sted. Læs mere

Ordered a ski bib w/ special delivery instructions. They were very helpful and very responsive and did exactly what I needed with perfect shipping. They worked with me and product was great when it arrived. Highly recommend Alpine East!
The owner of this company is a fraud. He sent me the wrong model of ski poles after admitting their product stock varied from their online product images. I returned what I received and then he refused to give me a refund claiming I was trying to steal from him. He even went as far as to file a police report. The police indicated he does this all the time. BUYER BE WARE!
Ordered Salomon Z10 bindings from AlpineEast. They arrived quickly, were in great condition and they are now on my skis. Have not had a chance to use them on the slopes yet, but hopefully I will soon! :)
I purchased bike tires and tubes. All of the products are very good quality. The prices were very reasonable and the shipping was free. Shipping was also very fast. I would buy from Alpineeast.com again. Recommended. Dave Tallman, Illinois.
worst customer service ever, they sent me the wrong item than refused to resend and hid behind amazon. they called me a liar and a thief saying i gave them the wrong item as a return. does not even make sense right?? there are several awesome new england mtb online sites avoid this one at all costs they are simply bad business
I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 965 for my daughter’s birthday and the watch arrived to the main hub near my house on Friday March 8th. I figured I was getting my watch early until I noticed the watch was requested to be sent back to seller. When I reached out I was told their “fraud department” notified them as possible fraud. If you were paid for a product, the customer expects their package. This is called a business transaction. So now I still don’t have the birthday present or a response as to when I will receive the watch. I’m about to call my bank and tell them Alpine East is a scam business. I’m also reporting them to the BBB.
Great Experience! Quality products at an excellent value. Process was simple. Payment secure. Turnaround was fast. Packaging very professional and protective of contents. Checked all the boxes for a ‘new’ online experience. I’ll be back!
