Great Cart and Customer Service
Besides being a great cart, the customer service is superb! The only drawback is that even though Alphard provides great service, not happy that customer has to pay for shipping during the warranty period.

I purchased the Cybercart and enjoy using it to walk while golfing. It is very stable on hilly courses unlike another highly rated brand that I tried. I had a problem with a loose charging port on my battery after several charges. Customer Service responded promptly to my issue and resolved the issue within days under warranty.

I am super impressed with the customer service from Alphard. I ordered the Cyber cart after trying a friend's for one round. By mistake, I ordered a phone clip, not knowing that it came with one, but I was charged for shipping because it was a separate purchase.
When I contacted the company to see it they would refund the shipping, they immediately replied (on a holiday weekend) that my purchase was not necessary and that they would work to cancel and refund the entire purchase on Monday after the holiday.
Monday morning I received an email confirmation from the rep (Naomi, who was great) stating that all was resolved.
This might not sound like a big deal, but in today’s world, proactive and thorough customer service is a rarity. Well done Alphard!

Excellent customer service and stands behind their products. I had a concern regarding my wheelie bar on a V2 Pro purchased a few months ago. They responded quickly, asked for clarification of issue and remedied the concern with new components. All done within 48 hours!! Complete satisfaction in all aspects. Excellent communication and product warranty. Will continue to recommend this company and their products wholeheartedly!! Well done!!
My battery on my V2 Alphard is not…
My battery on my V2 Alphard is not holding a full charge anymore I use to get 36 holes out of 1 single charge now im not ever able to finish 1 round before it goes dead. I Have had it for a little over 2 years now so I expected it to start loses some of its battery capacity from recharging and usage. I contacted Alphard and they responded immediately and give me some advise on how to extend the life of battery over all im happy with the product and the service I received

I ordered a cart from them based on the advice of a number of people I know who owned the cart and were pleased with the product. I received the cart and started to assemble it and within 24 hours unfortunately due to incomplete and vague assembly instructions, I turned YouTube videos to attempt to complete assembly, as a result, I am left with a damaged and an unuseable cart. I have reached out to Riverside Golf who sold me the cart and Goliath Golf who are responsible for warranty, damage issues. Three days later they have not responded to my e-mail . So about 1700.00 dollars later I am in limbo. I have a cart I am not able to use and the support, options are not available to me. I deeply regret this purchase and s=feel I have been extremely honest reagrding what has happened here and no-one seems to be interested in helping me. I would not recommend your company or your product based on my experience. I wish I had never listened to the people who recommended this product. It has been a very negative experience for me. I am willing to accept partial responsibility for the damage as I did cause damage to the unit as a result of the inadequate assembly instructions but I am very disssapointed with the product and the response I have received.

The Alphard team(San) support me a lot. Specially I bought V2 Pro first time and have a lot of options to buy push carts or buy just buy Cybercarts. Hopefully, I can assembly my Caddytek V8 with V2 Pro without issue.

I LOVE my turbo cart
I LOVE my turbo cart, but the scorecard holder kept popping up. I sent a video to Alphard and they responded by sending me a new scorecard holder under warranty. really appreciated the great communication and effort. I recommend them (and the turbo cart) to anyone who will listen!!

I recently bought a cybercart 3 months ago. While playing a round the other day, the lower assembly sustained breaking while hittin the cart path curb. I took a picture with explaination and emaile Alphard Customer Service. Customer Service Rep (Mike I think), sent repair parts with videos on how to repair. Awesome suppprt
