I placed the order on June 1st and was…

I placed the order on June 1st and was told the order would ship after June 10th and if I would be okay with that. I confirmed then as I had assumed that I would have recieved the shipment by latest 17th-18th June. It is now the 21st and I have onlt recieved a 'Sonic' tracking link that shows that the shipment was booked for June 15th. No update has been made after that. This is quite unfortunate as I liked Alpha Kleid's quality, however with the way this order has been dealt with I dont think I will be purchasing from here again. It would be great if a refund can be initiated if the shipment is not recieved by the end of this week.

We apologize for the delayed delivery this time, we have already enquired about it from the delivery company and you can see its status in the above mentioned link. We booked at 15th so it should have been delivered by 18th. It is delayed due to the Delivery company's routing issue.
And yes, we will issue a refund if your order is not delivered in the next couple of days.

Im fatima nasir and im an adventure athlete.
Alpha kleid is one of the first brands ive tried from online shop and ever since my first use ive been waiting for their new articles to be released.
The material quality is so good and reliable. U can use it in adventures and gym and both outdoor and indoor.
Im totally in love with the brand and its highly recommended!

Not bad

I had these leggings for a small amount of time and they already started having wear and tear quickly until soon you could see the holes at the back (I do not work out very intense so it was not that). They are squat proof, warm, nice colour as well, but not very durable! Only lasted me some months.

Our low range products are being improved each day, for better stictching, better fitting and better styles. Our fabrics are comfortable and soft even for the low end ranges. We dont believe in the low quality fabrics. We are hopeful next time when you buy any of our products, it will be more durable and would come with finer stitching.

Their product quality is amazing!

Their product quality is amazing!! Im actually blown away by how our locals have started to make such great active wear, its easily comparable to bigger international brands like nike n adidas. I would buy again n again from them n i would suggest everyone who hasn't yet,do give it a try, u will be surprised! Also the customer service is excellent!

Flattering fit

Flattering fit, fine quality, comfortable styles with quick-drying fabrics! Alphakleid does all of this better than anyone here in Pakistan! Super proud!

As per our policy which is available on our website, size exchange costs delivery charges. Size guide is available on the website which is accurate.

We help our customers beyond their expectations. We are sorry if we were unable to provide you free shipping. Only for faulty products, we bear the new shipping charges as the fault lies at our end.

You were asking for the free shipping to change your leggings size. As explained above that couldn't be made possible. So it's unfair to label us as bad customer service to not offer you free shipping.

Please let us know if there was any quality issues with the product and we will be very much delighted to sort out that issue.
