I really like this product, it’s very cool and I love the design!

Similar to one of the previous reviews I experienced a delay in shipping. Or, at least it took longer than I had anticipated. I should have been more patient as I ultimately received the lens cover in a reasonable time allowing for the fact that it was being shipped to Canada. The product is beyond reproach, excellent fit and quality! Lindsay at customer support helped me through the purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered a Sony lens skin, and there was a minor shipping delays, but the customer service support updated me on the progress and upgraded my order to expedited shipping. The quality of the product exceeded expectations. Overall, a positive experience with a hiccup in shipping

I ordered and received a tracking number which says label created now going on two weeks, never shipped, emailed them 3 times never responded.

Saving grace
Reached out Via Phone and received updates on my product as well as an apology. The product is in line with what was requested. Would be five stars with the exception of the shipping experience but satisfied nonetheless.

Placed an order for a skin. Chose priority so it would be able to get shipped out asap. Received correspondence that my item was unavailable and was informed of an updated shipping date. Item was never shipped on updated date. Reached out for assistance and seems like I’m being ignored. Not a good experience by any means. Would like to wait out to see if the product is worth the horrid customer service.

I make an order one month ago.
My order did never left from the eshop, I contact many times with them but they didn’t respond to the problems!
Last they send me that the order has cancelled and i never get my money back !

My order was flagged a high risk and Alphadvrd wanted a copy of my government-issued ID. That on the other hand is a high risk for me as Czech IDs contain very personal data.
Noone has replied my emails and chat messages.
I will be filling PayPay request to get my money back.

Placed an order from Japan.
Took 2weeks to arrive(this was expected so it is OK) but only to find it was an incorrect item.
I mailed the situation to the company and their first reply was sending the correct item (which was expected to deliver in 30days) or $15 refund.
The products are good, but I think the support is not fair, so good luck in getting a correct item.

Stay away, false promises, waiting for over 30 days, still not received…

I ordered a skin for my zoom lens and it arrived damaged - it was all crumpled - which seemed strange as the plastic container was intact. I contacted Alphagvrd who at first were responsive. They did ask for several photos (over a few emails which was lot more back and forth than I felt necessary) then said they felt the delivery process was at fault and they would lodge a claim that I had to sign and verify in order to get a refund. I did this then they went SILENT. I then decided to pursue via paypal - who decided quickly in my favour.

No one replies on website, took money, didn't confirm delivery. Don't buy with this website. Wasting of time and money

Placed an order. Waited a month and reached out to cancel the undelivered order. Alphagvrd.com did not refund my full amount paid. When I questioned this, I was told they refunded my account in the "alphagvrd" currency because they did not offer checkout in more than one currency and this was all they could offer. So I lost money to a badly run company.

I have ran several companies in my time and I would have always taken the loss rounded to the favour of the client.

This company needs to get their priorities right. Will never shop with them again though. What a waste of time and effort.
