Alphabethosting's service is truly disappointing and frustrating. I have rarely encountered such poor customer support before. After submitting a support ticket, days go by without any response—this amounts to a blatant waste of customers' time and serves as clear evidence of irresponsibility.

The most critical aspect of a hosting company is prompt support, yet here, it feels as though no one is actually working. If you encounter a problem, you are left entirely on your own; expecting to receive any assistance is virtually futile.

To put it bluntly, using this company's service is simply inviting trouble. For anyone who takes their business or website seriously, Alphabethosting is completely unreliable. I personally would not recommend this service to anyone.

Server will be down multiple times a day. Their support response is very slow. I had been their customer for 7 years, but recent experience made me rethink. Lost all my data multiple times. No restore of backup from server side. No response to my last ticket.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I registered the domain angelinterio.com with AlphabetHosting.com and completed the payment, but the domain has been stuck in “Pending” status for months and has never been properly activated.

I have sent multiple emails and follow-ups over a long period, but there has been absolutely no response from their support team. No resolution, no explanation, no refund — nothing.

This has caused serious disruption to my business, as my website could not go live despite full payment being made.

I strongly advise others to avoid this service provider if you value your time, money, and business reliability. Very disappointing experience.

WORST. Dont even think about purchasing any service from Alphabet Hosting. They are absolute worst, unprofessional and irresponsible. They crashed the server and lost all the data. Then started giving backup data for cpanel if you can name the account or domain. Absolutely horrible experience. Zero Support Zero accountability. This whole year the only 25-50% uptime.

This company's services were always intermittent, but the price was very reasonable for me, and I didn't have a website that was seriously affected by the intermittent service. I renewed my package on April 29, 2025, for a two-year period, until April 29, 2027. In the last month (October 10, 2025-November 10, 2025), everything crashed. It's a mess. I just bought new hosting, and my money was wasted. If your money is important to you, stay away from this company. I've decided not to work with a company that doesn't take seriously. I opened a ticket, and I got a response 10 days later.

Don't purchase their hosting and domain they fool you to give low cost hosting when you purchase their hosting always down and also you renew domain. Domain will goes to redemption and also company never contact you and never support when you raise ticket no response from their.
