Professional easy DIY email tool
Running a small tutoring studio, I never thought I'd need email marketing. A parent asked if I had updates about SAT prep sessions and I realized I was missing something. Found AlpacaRelay mentioned on Reddit and figured I'd try the free tier. The AI generates complete emails from just a few sentences about what I want to communicate. First email about spring prep sessions went out Tuesday, got two enrollments by Wednesday. That was real money, about $800 in new bookings from one email.I tell it something like 'promote our new math tutoring package for middle schoolers' and it drafts everything: subject line, body, call-to-action, layout. Some emails I send as-is. Others I'll make a quick edit based on the EQS breakdown. Either way, I'm at maybe 15 minutes total versus the hour it used to take me to write from scratch. My one frustration is that the standard welcome and follow-up flows don't auto-activate when I set up my account. I have to create each campaign manually, which isn't a deal-breaker but it means I'm still doing more setup work than I'd like.
