Their service was okay overall. My book looks good, but the process took a lot longer than they originally said it would and communication was a bit slow at times. It is a decent option if you are not in a huge rush

Alpaca Authors did a really good job on my book. I don't know much about how the whole publishing process works behind the scenes but they took care of all the steps and got it done. So yeah they are pretty good.
