I purchased a cap from Almost Home…
I purchased a cap from Almost Home around 7 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates since. When I reached out via email, I only received an automated response saying they’re busy. It would be helpful if they could follow up with the distributor to explain the delay, the service to check isn’t the best.
While the product might be good, I wouldn’t know yet since it hasn’t arrived there’s definitely room for improvement in customer support. They might also want to consider switching to a more reliable parcel distributor.

We just wanted to clarify a couple of things that may help: your order was placed on July 6th with our free shipping option, which has a 3–5 business day delivery window. As your message came through on a Friday evening — and our customer care team doesn’t operate over the weekend — it’s likely your order is still on track and just about to land with you.
That said, we completely understand how important communication is, and we take your feedback seriously. Our automated response is there to confirm we’ve received your message, but we do aim to reply to all enquiries as quickly as possible once we’re back online.

Update review after a great second experience
I actually at first did not understand my review was going to be public. I thought it was written to the customer service of almost home. After seeing my review I got contacted by Tim at almost home and we adresse my frustration and it was a superb customer service. Can’t wait to receive my parcel!

My favourite clothing brand
I love this company! Their clothing is such good quality and so cool. My order arrived within two days and was beautifully packaged with added gorgeous details like Almost Home stickers and a personal note. The cardigan I bought is my new favourite item of clothing … the high quality of the material, the deep, rich, green colour and the gorgeous detailing of the buttons makes this a stunning piece of knitwear that I will be wearing at every opportunity.
I highly recommend Almost Home and will definitely be purchasing from them again.
