The service started off well, however for the last 3+ weeks there has been zero communication from the delivery service as to the ETA, meaning my last 3 boxes have arrived completely soaked, soggy, warm due them having arrived so late, at unannounced times, left with the building concierge and not delivered to my flat

3 times I have reported this to allweek

3 times allweek have done nothing to resolve this

They dont seem to care much about customer experience when it comes to deliveries, at least not enough to resolve the issues that have been reported to them 3 times already.

They are quite happy to take your money and let the issues continue.

I would consider approaching this service with caution if customer service is important you

This is a final ditch attempt to avoid 10 All Week meals being wasted and £75 I can’t afford. I thought I had unsubscribed but when it was apparently too late to cancel an email informed me that 10 meals were coming on Saturday.
I have been ill and I am away from home so I can’t receive these meals so they will just go to waste which is awful.
This company has just ignored my emails and messages and does not list a phone number. I am happy to change this review if you contact me

My first review below was 1 star, but Harry did come back to me very apologetic and rectified the situation which is why I have changed the review to 4 stars. Delivery issues were fixed, replacement box sent FOC which was packaged much better and no spilt food. As a result dishes had more sauce and were better than previous. Some meals are still a little on the bland side for us and we have to top nearly all up with veg or salad which means more cooking/prep. But overall most meals are tasty and a quick dinner/lunch option for a busy life. Definitely worth a try.

I am confused at the high number of positive reviews. We usually order our meals from Frive but saw All Week and thought we would try as sounded great. Simply I will be going back to Frive. The meals so far are INCREDIBLY BLAND. 1 noodle dish was ok, but even that was stodgy and all stuck together (heated for 3 minutes as advised).

However 8 were inedible on arrival. The packaging is not fit for transport. 18 of 20 meals were dripping in sauce, it took me an hour to clean everything up which is not what I want when I’m trying to make my life more efficient with delivered meals. Some meals arrived with all the lids open so lost half the sauce and unsure whether they are edible.

For 20 meals there were only 5 ice packs. The top layer of food was not touching any ice pack and was borderline warm on arrival. Due to the risk of food poisoning we had to dispose of these.

I emailed over 48 hours ago and am yet to receive any acknowledgement or response.

You should not have to pay for spoiled, warm, bland, messy delivered food that has done nothing but been a waste of money and caused me cleaning I didn’t plan on spending my Saturday morning doing.

So many meal delivery companies. Avoid this one.

My partner and I have been incredibly impressed with All Week, having tried a huge number of the meal prep services. The food is the tastiest on the market and the price point is spot on - I have had very helpful engagement with customer service when I made a mistake recently with my delivery dates and could not rate them more highly.

Today is my first day trying All Week and I never knew a meal could be so balanced and taste so good.

Will 100% be sticking with these meals for the long term!

As you can tell from my TrustPilot name, I usually only leave reviews if I am unhappy but this one deserved a review from me.

I’ve lived all over the world for work and tried more meal prep companies than I can count.. and let me tell you, Allweek is number one by a mile.

This isn’t the standard reheated mush... it actually tastes like fresh takeaway from a top-notch spot.

The flavours are insane, the food is super fresh, and the portions are generous (if I had to nitpick, I’d just say I wish they were a tiny bit bigger - but that’s probably just me being greedy).

What really stood out was the service. I missed the order cutoff on my first go and the team still went above and beyond to get me sorted. Absolute legends.

Safe to say I’m hooked. You can consider me a loyal weekly customer. This is just awesome, awesome food.

I've just ordered my first lot of food from allweek. The food is absolutely beautiful, Can't wait for my second delivery. There was abit of a issue with getting the same order twice from a chefs selection which I got the same meal twice. But having sent a email about the issue and getting super fast response and feedback was amazing to see can't wait for my second order to come

The great reviews and the appetising looking dishes were the reasons I gave this meal prep service a chance. However, after only one delivery from All Week, I knew that I wouldn't order from them ever again. Myself and my mother found the food extremely bland and unpleasant, and most of the meals ended up in the bin because they were just THAT bad! After both of us had tried a few dishes each, I reached out to All Week and gave them some feedback on my experience as a first-time customer of theirs. To their credit - They were very apologetic, seemed to take the matter seriously and offered a free box from their new menu. Initially, I accepted their offer because I had a small amount of hope that things might get better. However, I hadn't received a response from All Week although I accepted their offer of a free box, and during this time my mother and I had now tried several of their other meals - We were far from impressed. The other meals were even worse than the first few meals we each tried! It was at this point I was confident that the free box wouldn't taste any better than what we had already tasted. Subsequently, I informed All Week that we've tried several of their other meals, and since most of them ended up in the bin, I'd have to reject their offer of a free box. Instead - I requested a full refund on my order/delivery. I haven't received a response from All Week in nearly a week! Although their meals look really fancy and appetising - They taste soooooo bad. Furthermore, I'm still waiting for a response from Harry while the matter has just been left unresolved in the meantime. I'm so disappointed because the meals look amazing - plus there's promise when it comes to their customer service. When Harry 'does' reply, he comes across as really friendly and keen to help.... but the poor quality food and the lack of support from their customer service has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Based on my experience - I do not recommend All Week at all!

If I receive a response from them - I'll update my review.

EDIT - 10/04/2025 - A day after posting my review, Harry responded to my email on 08/04/2025. He was very apologetic and empathetic about how disappointing my experience had been with All Week. He said that usually they aren't able to offer full refunds on completed orders, but he understands where I'm coming from and would like to resolve the situation fairly. Therefore, he told me that he's processed a full refund on my order. I'm appreciative of his willingness to put things right. Although, it is worth mentioning that the refund hasn't hit my account yet, so I'll provide an update on this in due course.

EDIT - 10/04/2025 - Shortly after the previous update, I got a notification from my bank that I've received a full refund from All Week. Even though their food wasn't up to standard, I'm thankful and appreciative that they were decent enough to fully refund the order. Thanks for handling the matter well, All Week!

I've tried several meal prep services in the past and have typically been disappointed by the quality of the food provided, which is typically smothered in sauce to hide the quality of the ingredients. However, this service feels different—it's clearly a smaller operation where genuine care and attention are given to each meal. So far, I'm very satisfied; it's a refreshing change from preparing meals myself. As a single person, cooking varied meals daily isn't economical or practical, and this service solves that issue perfectly.

I'd love to see even more high-quality, protein-rich meal options, and I'm excited to see how the menu evolves with the changing seasons.

My main hope is that as the business grows, they maintain their high standards. Personally, I'd be happy to pay a bit extra rather than see the quality compromised through cost-cutting measures. Given their restaurant industry experience, I trust they'll avoid the pitfalls of scaling too quickly or accepting private equity buyouts that often lead to diminished quality.

Allweek is hands down the best meal prep company I’ve ever used!

Their freshly prepared meals are not only delicious and nutritious, but they actually taste genuinely homemade - which is rare in the world of prepped meal deliveries. Compared to others I’ve tried, Allweek meals are totally, unapologetically bl*ody delicious (yes, I swore, sorry - but only for dramatic effect because I seriously love this company).

Their packaging is in a league of its own - super smart, sustainable, and better than anything I’ve seen from other meal prep brands and I understand they are ironing out the spillages and leaks that other folks have mentioned. I blame the delivery company not them, just saying! On top of that, their tone of voice is fun, cheeky, and friendly, which just makes the whole experience feel more personal.

If you’re looking for a meal prep company, honestly, look no further than Allweek. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I was an original customer when it was called out of box. My partner and I had just moved to Battersea and it was the perfect solution for lunch and dinner for us and our busy lives. The prices are obviously way cheaper than going out or ordering delivery. The food is even better than going out or ordering delivery. We stopped ordering a while ago because they weren’t big on changing their menu, but now it looks like they change it often so I’m really eager to try the different meals. This last month’s meal was so delicious. The dishes look small in their packaging, but actually once you mix it all up, there is a lot. I can never finish my meal. I’m always shocked by the flavors as well, so creative. We live on the go, and can’t have a subscription service so I have to physically go in and pause it every single time. Which I can see myself running into issues in the future if I forget. They should have an app with notifications that reminds you to choose your meals the following week or to pause for a week would be so helpful!

My favorite is that I can freeze them so I’m not wasting food. And they taste perfect u frozen as well!! Thank you!

I’ve tried all their competitors and I must say… AllWeek is the best, the flavour the dish presentation, the detailed heating instructions. It’s perfect - it tastes like a high quality restaurant meal.

One thing I’d like is a request section where customers can request specific dishes as scrolling through their instagram it looks like I’ve missed some incredible dishes.

Food is tasty but that’s where the good ends. All three deliveries have arrived with damaged food containers and wasted meals. Harri reassured me that new packaging would solve the issue yet it hasn’t. The problem lies with the weak food containers. Customer service seemed good and offered refunds, but even the refund figures don't seem to be correct. other issues include not being able to log onto the website to amend or cancel my account or the fact that deliveries are only once a week and food only lasts three days - some don't freeze and reheat well

Allweek is a total game changer!

We’ve tried Gousto, HelloFresh, and others, but decided to give Allweek a shot, especially as they’re already prepared. Before our first delivery, we were a bit concerned about the quality and portion sizes—but we had nothing to worry about! Every meal has been fantastic, and the portion sizes are just right.

On top of that, we no longer have to stress about cooking after a long workday, and we’ve gained back valuable time that would have been spent cooking and cleaning.

Oh and customer service is fabulous - Harry is always friendly and happy to help.

Absolutely love AllWeek! My husband and I have been using food subscription boxes since 2019 and have gone through them various options but nothing has been as tasty, well packaged, fairly priced, easy to heat & enjoyable to eat! If there's ever been an issue (i.e. delivery dates etc.) the team has always been super quick to respond to our emails. We love it!

Love all week - it's my first week and I can't fault it. After switching between meal prep companies over the past few months, i found that other companies aren't honest about their calories in each meal making it tough to track calories and macros.

Since switching to all week my weight has started dropping agian and i don't spend any time in the kitchen cooking - extremley happy with everything. Thank you!

Amazing meals! Great quality, seamless experience in ordering and not like the other providers who vacuum pack etc. The evolving monthly menu also keeps things fresh!

Nice touch the head chef/owner calling up directly to see how things where and delve deeper into what the company is about.
