This order was an international order to Canada. There are always taxes and duties when importing a product into another country. We do not collect import/tax fees for other countries. Customers are responsible for all import duties, fees and taxes in their respective countries. This is stated in our shipping information page as well as highlighted in red at the top cart of the shopping cart.

two 10 did not make 20
Order was incorrect. Needed 2 10lb containers of feed thru fly control, that is what I ordered. Recieved 1 20lb bag of
Product this I could not use.
No measuring cup was with the Product sent nor was there a container to keep it safe and fresh. They tell me that 10lb tubs are no longer available being I ordered 20lb THEY THOUGHT, all was the same ONLY, it would not work for me. I know and understand that a person's first instinct is to make excuses as to why something happened how come it did, on and on only in this case a I am SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, is there anything we can do to fix this problem.
ANYTHING would have been better than what was done or not done.
UPS charged more than 5.00 to print out a return label. As of 7/20/23 no refund has been issued. I do not like to trash people for trying to do a job. This whole process should have been easy and it wasn't. It changed my whole outlook on getting a feed thru it is now history. Just to mention, the product was on the website still being sold the same as when I ordered ?????

Manufacturers are always changing product presentations. We are usually but not always notified of changes. This was the case with your order. You ordered 2, 10lb tubs of the product. We sent you 1 20lb box which is how the manufacturer now makes it. Since it was the same product and same quantity, we sent it without contacting you. We provided you a prepaid return label so you did not have to pay for any return shipping. I cannot say why you were charged anything when we paid for the return. When we received the item back, we contacted you via email for the credit card information as our system does not store card data. This is needed in order to process refund. We will contact you again for the information so we can process your refund.
My order arrived damaged
My order arrived damaged, and noone replied to my email. Update: after reviewing, the company reached out and resolved the issue. My review has been updated as a result.

Very helpful customer service representative. I placed a large order for thermometer probe covers. After I placed that order, charged it to my credit card, and logged out, I realized I mistakenly ordered thermometers! (Hence, the perplexing expense.) I called to get help to reverse my order. The representative I spoke to calmly handled my request, promptly reversed everything, and put my mind at ease. He closed our conversation by offering further assistance, which I didn't need at the time but appreciated.

I paid for 3 day delivery
I paid for 3 day delivery, and it took over twice that. The reason given was you were out of stock. Nowhere on the product page was this mentioned. I never received any info on this either. Further the rep who answered my email, said 3 day delivery from Fl to Wi wasn't possible, even though you accepted my money for it.

While we always try and process orders as quickly as possible, sometimes things get delayed due to different issues. Your order was delayed by 1-2 days by a stock issue. That is correct. As for shipping, three day guaranteed delivery from Florida to Wisconsin via UPS ground is not possible. You chose UPS ground as the method of shipping which is about 3-4 day of transit time alone and we have a 2 day order turn around time. If you need something by a specific date, in the future, please choose 2 day shipping which is guaranteed. UPS ground shipping does not guarantee a delivery date.

Communication was great! We received an email that shipment of the item would be delayed a few days and gave us the option to cancel the order if we couldn't wait. We opted to wait and it wasn't long before we received the item. We are very happy with our experience with this company.
