The company really tries to stay in touch with you to help out with your job search.

Worse company ever. They told me wrong information over and over again and now I have to pay back $29 grand to ssdi. Don't use this company and make sure you load your paystubs to social security website because they never send them in like they are supposed to. I was never told that you have to watch your hours if there is 3 pay periods that month, because of that ,I went over the allotted amount and now they expect me to pay a year and half back. This company sucks.

If I could give them a 0 , I would. I enrolled in the Ticket to Work program. They told me I could work full time and make as much money as possible for 9 months and Social Security wouldn't touch my Disability check. Ryan Welter was my caseworker who never checked my eligibility. I wasn't eligible for the program so they stopped my check in July of 2025. Allsup does nothing but collect pay stubs to send to Social Security which I was already doing. It is now April. I still don't have benefits. Apparently Social Security has has my paperwork since July 11th, 2025 and Mr. Hall from Social Security didn't send it to the decision department until last month!!!!! Thanks to Allsup I'm still not getting my benefits and I can't see my doctors, have my tests done. I'm in poor health and this is really taking its toll on me

I am just getting started in the process and already feel bery confident Allsups services. The representatives I have spoken with have been very friendly and informative. You feel part of a team right away.

Just started dealing with this company.. so I will know more of how they work..

I called Allsup about 4 weeks ago because it was the only company I was familiar with for the Ticket to Work program. I have had some communication with Allsup, but my primary purpose was to sign up for the program to protect the benefits I am receiving and notification of my intent to return to work. I have not needed assistance and I did not want to wait for assistance, so I have already taken the initiative. Not sure what help Allsup could have given me? Or what i am supposed to use Allsup for besides my intention to work again? Allsup has only called twice since I've notified them and emailed me a couple times, one is for this rating. However, I have not used their service for anything else? I dont know what help to ask for because I could already be returning to work tomorrow. I will continue to communicate and update them in my limited understanding of the program. It's a little difficult to manage Allsup, returning to work and my adulting. Allsup is outside the process and to me just another task to manage in this process.

I appreciate it the customer service member.I was speaking with, I believe her name was yvana. She's spoken a very clear and professional voice and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability which gave me the answers that I was looking for even before I asked. She was very courteous, very professional, and also she was funny, which means she was personable. She was not performing a job. She took her job as a service to provide a person like myself with all of the necessary information to make an informed decision on whether to proceed

The program works in steps. The reps do their part of the process. The rep knows exactly how to answer your questions of concern. And they explain the process in terms you can understand. And the reps are not pushy or rude. That is a BIG PLUS!!

The Rep was very informative. I was able to take in and comprehend what I needed to in order to continue with this process.

Emma was great. She was very pleasant professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. She made sure I understood everything as we discussed before going on to the next subject.

They rope you in to take away your benefits,there were things that we never discussed and i never said,so now im screwed,the SS picks up from there,surprised theyre coming after me at 62,worked 38 +years.

From the very first word the young lady was very nice and helpful. She made me feel as ease about the process of possibly going back to work with my history of seizures. Her name was Sarah. You need more people in your organization like her. Please make sure that you reconize her and give her some for of merit raise. Thank you - Lynda Hines

What has made my experience great is: it took less than 6 months for my reward letter. It is my first time applying, and your company did great. I went to all my doctors appointments, electronically signed everything. Not having to go in front of a judge. Allsup did all the work, plus they made phone calls to me. To check on me as a human being. Not just a number. Once I get settled in my new place. I'm going to have my son go through Allsup for his Social Security.
Again, I want to thank you for all that you have done for me.
