All Paws, offer Pet Services in St Albans and the surrounding areas. I love to spend time with animals, I have grown up around them most of my life (more so cats and dogs), I am more than comfortable in their company and can understand their wants and needs through my experience and education. I am always learning and educating myself when it comes to animals. I am a fully qualified and insured Pet Psychologist, Pet Nutritionist & Dog Trainer so I can always offer help outside of your typical “pet sitter” duties, if required. Being a pet owner myself, I fully understand how difficult it is to leave my best friend with a stranger, not knowing how they are being treated when I’m not around and having to put my trust in someone to give them all the love and attention they would get at home. For this reason, I will always treat your pet with the same love I would expect someone to have for my own.

Hayley cancelled on us less than one week before our family holiday abroad in peak summer holiday period forcing us to cancel our long awaited first family holiday.
We are extremely stressed and also hurt that Hayley cancelled on us quite abruptly the morning after she took Lady for an overnight trial in her home last week - a week before we were due to go on holiday.
After originally finding Hayley on Rover pet site in March and having agreed her rates through Rover, in July I reached out to a Hayley to confirm the rates again as we had been quite under it with a newborn since June and wanted to make sure we had the payment in place on time. On confirming, Hayley then advised her rates had in fact increased and it will be £100 extra, she referred me to her brand new website that had since been set up post our booking agreement and that she was not willing to honour our original agreement before as her client base has since expanded and she had to factor in potential loss of earnings for the dates we booked. This reason felt an unusual way to handle an existing booking who she already had an agreement with and given our financial circumstances of now being on maternity leave with a heavily reduced pay we felt penalised by her that she could make more money with potential new customers. This didn’t feel like a good way to retain a client base - which given that when we met her 3 months prior to that, she did not have insurance, a website nor a mature client base when we booked her.
As a new dog sitter, Hayley should have been honoured that we were willing to put our trust into her with our dog to build not only her client base but also her experience as I believe that she still has a lot to learn and grow before she is able to start charging the higher end of rates. (To put it into context she is charging 30% more than my trusted dog walker who has been running a full time business for 15 years and is highly reputable within the dog walking community.)
It was also 6 weeks before our holiday end of Aug and I really felt stuck into reluctantly accepting the price increase as we had no adequate time to find a good quality sitter that we could let into our home for high peak season.
At this point, Hayley also was very quick to refer us back to rover to find someone else, because of this we felt she had no loyalty or care towards us as a client and also to our dog Lady who she had met 3 times before. We invested a lot of time and effort with her earlier this year so she could build a sufficient rapport with Lady as we explained from the beginning she suffered from anxiety so needed that rapport in order to make the week stay in august as successful as can be and Hayley was fully aware of this. It very much feels this is just a side hustle for Hayley to make some extra cash.
Fast forward 6 weeks and we agreed to do a last minute overnight trial in Hayley’s home instead of ours to look at trying to decrease the rates. Hayley was only willing to give Lady a 2 hour chance after walking her, despite me already telling her she would need some time to adjust in someone else’s home as she can suffer from anxiety when away from her own settings. It did not feel like Hayley had the patience nor the right experience for this behaviour after being assured she has canine behaviour knowledge and training skills.
The following morning, I received a text message advising she can no longer take lady due to changes outside of her control. On questioning these changes she advised this was due to a bereavement and was referring us back to Rover again for the second time, only now we are one week away from the booking. She then blocked my number shortly after this.
With now being passed back off to rover twice, receiving a cancellation on the morning after she took our dog and then blocking my number this has now unfortunately made me question her professionalism. Having personally suffered a traumatic bereavement last year, this was not how we tied loose ends up to go on extended compassionate leave. We also did not have 8 people’s family holiday including 3 young children riding on our availability.
Right now We are not yet sure we are even going to get any money back from our travel insurance due to not having dog care.

Hayley is a fantastic pet sitter and genuinely lovely person! Easy to communicate with, and went out of her way to meet us and understand our pets (dog and cat) before a house sit. We all felt instantly comfortable with her! She kept us updated during the pet sitting, and we came home to happy pets and a spotlessly clean house. Would recommend her to anyone :)
Hayley is always on hand.
Hayley is always super flexible and helpful with Luna. Hayley is reliable and incredibly friendly to communicate with, she is always giving helpful tips or words of encouragement along the way. Having an 7 month old German Shepherd puppy feels like the best thing ever, knowing Hayley is on hand to help suggest different things when needed. Hayley is also really honest and realistic about her own journey owning and training her dog, understanding the temperament of different breeds and managing expectations along the way.
Hayley is a fantastic cat-sitter
Hayley is a fantastic cat-sitter. She's extremely communicative, sending daily pictures and updates on our cat's mood and behaviour. We used to put our cat in the cattery when we went away but since using Hayley as a cat-sitter we haven't been back. Our cat is much happier in her home environment and is noticeably less stressed when we come back.

So glad to have found Hayley! She takes great care of our two little fur babies and sends us lots of photos throughout the day! We always come home to two very happy pups!
