Alloy Wheels Direct Anmeldelser

That's the only place to shop genuine Wheels if want to get best price.

I would have given the services a 5 star rating, but as I didn't receive any confirmation by mail when I placed my order, the only way I could see that the payment had gone through was by consulting my bank account. This is why I put a 4 star.

Otherwise the goods as usual are exactly as stated.

Thanks for everything

Tony and Chris were very helpful in assisting me in getting new wheels for my 2008 BMW 535i...can't thank them both enough! Will highly recommend them to others! Thanks So much Guys!

My only criticism regards your shipping charge policies. If multiple copies of the same item are purchased, shipping should be charged on the total weight NOT the number of item purchased times the individual shipping charge. As happened to me.
Your customer service representative "Tony" came to my rescue after the second or so such occurance. I am deeply grateful to him and to his essential character. I can't praise him enough and I do hope he is well compensated for his honesty.

Very easy to deal with and their helpline made sure I ordered the correct parts that I required for my Alpina wheels

Excellency is not enough!!! Very pleased!

Very easy to deal with. Called me after my first attempt at payment failed. We got that fixed. Sent the rims very quickly and they were well packed. Thank you very much!

These guys are fantastic, you could not get better service from Tony. Great communication and really fast delivery to Australia. No problem purchasing from this company. Rate them 10/10

Fantastic staff and service.
Highly recommended!

I telephoned this company for help with finding an alloy. Am at the mercy of being ripped off by the dealership. Not only did they beat the price for a genuine part but they also very kindly directed me to someone who refurbishes parts at a fraction of the cost.
Could not be more grateful for the help and direction in a field I know little about.
Thank you

Excellent service

Another set of wheels superbly finished. Not a straightforward job, but they took extra care and got a great result. I won’t take wheels anywhere else.

Great customer service and helpful great job !! Will recommend to people

Fantastic Service and Fast Delivery, I highly recommend them!

Great service. Many thanks!

Excellent service. A personal phonecall to check of my order was correct. Highly apprecieted!

Wheels no longer fit our Mini (F56) after a big brake upgrade despite assurances from BMW Bavaria. Started an order on Alloy Wheels Direct stating we needed wheels and tyre set to fit over big brake kit.
Tony emailed us the BMW spec sheets and confirmed which wheels would fit, having done research for us. A follow up call from him allowed us to discuss details and from that I went ahead with an order for 4 wheels, tyres, caps, and pressure sensors. Got a good price.
We had email updates on delivery and items promptly arrived a week later.
All four wheels and tyres were genuine items and were already balanced (using colour coded weights) with sensors pre fitted and all we had to do was fit them. The car recognized the new sensors no problem.

After a very frustrating experience with BMW, we had a great experience with the knowledgeable and efficient folks at Alloy Wheel Direct and cant see why you would want to buy from anyone else.

PS - I asked the folks at Alloy Wheels Direct where I could leave a review online and was kindly sent a link to do this.

Great service, transparency and delivery. The goods arrived on the date they were due. I would have no hesitation ordering from this company again.

Allow Wheels shipped the wheels as stated.UPS international and UPS Domestic US operated like two disjointed companies. However, after many conversations I did get all the wheels over a 5 day period.

The wheels are great!!!
