Because I could not provide the representative with an exact date, he hung up the phone. Very rude but I'm glad he did because it just let me know, they are not the company for me.
Tyler P, Derrick and crew was fantastic! Professional, friendly and handled our things with care. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be sure to contact them for future moving needs.
Tyler P, Reakwon, and Willie J were amazing!! They were so fast and efficient packing up our apartment and moving my husband and I into our new home. We seriously could not have done this move without... Se mere

Unfortunately this company falls short…
Unfortunately this company falls short on professionalism and service. The team showed up late for a full pack and move, didn't get everything packed and left my house before loading everything into the truck. The team started out strong then just completely slowed down, with disappearances and many smoke breaks, and I myself spent 4 hours packing boxes for them even though that was their job. If I had not "helped" they would have left so much more behind. The next morning they held my items hostage claiming I had to pay before they would leave the warehouse to deliver even though my bill of lading clearly said pay upon delivery and before unloading. Upon delivery, they haphazardly dropped off items all over the house, boxes were unlabeled and so many poorly packed, ie porcelain not even wrapped in paper, then they ran off before telling me how I was to get the rest of my things. I asked the one in charge but he had no answer. Later that evening, I get an unsolicited email from the local company telling me how much it was going to cost to have them pick up and deliver all the items they left behind ($2000). I had a contract that was not supposed to increase so they purposely left things behind to try and get more money from me. I had to get my own Uhaul to go and get my belongings. I have tried to get the company to provide a partial refund but what they have offered is offensive compared to the total bill and includes the biggest proportion to cover damaged goods ($350) the Uhaul ($200) which I should never had to get in the first place, and wardrobe boxes ($150) which the movers didn't bring with them and stuffed my hanging clothes in small boxes or left them behind in multiple closets. They left behind items in every room of my house to varying degrees and ignored items on the patio. The company takes no responsibility at all in the overall packing, loading and delivery process. They did not finish the job and take no responsibility for that. Please look elsewhere if you want a successful move or to be valued as a client.
I wish I could give them -5 stars!!
I wish I could give them -5 stars!!! I wish I had the brain-power to continuously write these reviews but I can barely function now after fighting with these people for the last 3 days.... please read my review on Google, Facebook & Yelp if u are truly interested... it is long but PLEASE if you or a loved one are in a desperate domestic situation these are the LAST people you want to deal with while trying to deal with everything else too. I spoke with Amy, Matt & finally the OM Clay yesterday (all per my calls since noone EVER called me except when they wanted MORE money.) I was hung up on multiple occasions, it is truly not worth the hassle..... save your wallet and yourself several days of migraines and choose literally almost anyone else... I bet your neighbors could do a better job than these "professionals"... I use that word VERY loosely.
I turned down $900 so I could write this review
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
I didn’t accept a $900 settlement offer from this company so I can write an honest review.
We moved approx 9 miles within Brentwood, Tennessee, and this move cost us $5,038.28, more than $1,000 above the original quote after added fees.
Before the move, the crew was told multiple times that we had important antiques. We were assured they were experienced and knew how to handle them. The team leader even recommended that we purchase the AMS Protection Plan for peace of mind, which we did.
During the move, the team leader tilted our approx 285-year-old Dutch long case grandfather clock forward, causing the brass works to fall approximately six feet onto a ceramic tile floor. A local branch supervisor and that supervisor’s senior manager were present and witnessed the incident. At the time, the team leader accepted responsibility. In fact, he actually said, “I’ll take the L.” which seems enormously & unacceptably casual for the amount of damage that was done.
Before the move, the clock was working properly. After the incident, the clock no longer keeps time, the brass works and decorative elements were damaged and broken off, and the mechanism cannot even be placed back into the case for decorative display without repair.
When we filed our claim, the company initially acknowledged that this damage was covered under the protection plan and asked for a repair estimate. We provided a conservative written estimate of $3,347.48 from a local clock repair company. We also had three Waterford crystal glasses broken during the move, with a replacement cost of about $300.
Despite this, All My Sons offered only $900 total to resolve the claim. In my opinion, that was not a fair response to the damage they caused during this move.
The move itself also had serious operational problems. The company refused to come out to the house in advance to quote the job, apparently double-booked the movers who said they had to cancel someone else’s move, did not bring boxes they knew were needed, and packed items carelessly into oversized wardrobe boxes.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would strongly encourage others to document everything very carefully before & after hiring them.
The $900 they were willing to pay required that we sign a confidentiality agreement. It’s worth $900 for me to tell you what happened and let you know that YOU’RE NOT SEEING ALL THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY HAVING WITH THIS COMPANY.
When reading the favorable reviews, please be aware it’s very likely that

⭐ 1 Star – Terrible Communication & Unprofessional Management
My experience with All Sons Moving Company in McKinney, Texas was completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and poor customer service from start to finish was shocking.
My move was scheduled for a Sunday afternoon. I was told the movers had another job earlier that day but coming later that afternoon would not be a problem. Suddenly they finished early and decided they wanted to come much earlier than agreed. That was never the plan.
Then the pricing policies were not clearly explained when I booked the move. Later they tried to tell me about hourly and weight charges after the fact. That is something that should be clearly explained when a customer books the service, not later on when confusion already exists.
Because things were not handled properly, I had to speak with another operations manager who finally explained the procedures and rebooked the move correctly. But then the truck broke down at their location before they even left to come to my house.
Instead of communicating properly with me, the company went ahead and scheduled my move for Monday without my approval or even telling me. I never agreed to a Monday move.
Today (Tuesday) 3/10/26 I called the McKinney location and spoke with the manager, Jenson, to address everything that happened. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, he had a terrible attitude. When I told him his employees were rude and lacked customer service, he responded by saying, “What are you on the phone with me for? What are we doing right now?”
What we’re doing is simple. I want my refund and I will never use this company again.
Between the miscommunication, hidden policies, truck issues, rescheduling without permission, and rude management, this was one of the worst service experiences I have had.
If you are looking for a moving company, I strongly suggest you look somewhere else.

They were super kind and fast. We needed them to move our big furniture pieces and they ended up having time to grab extra smaller pieces to help our move go quicker.

I strongly DO NOT recommend All My Sons!!!
We clearly informed them in advance that the furniture was extremely heavy. We disassembled everything ourselves and removed shelves and drawers to make the job easier. Despite that preparation, the crew arrived under-equipped and unprepared.
They did not bring appropriate equipment, and we had to provide our own dollies. One employee even said, “Thank goodness you have these dollies because I don’t know what we would have done.” That statement alone was alarming. The dollies they brought were not suitable for our furniture and would have caused damage if used.
They didn’t know how to operate the lift on their own truck, we had to show them. Both movers were visibly struggling, rubbing their necks and stretching their backs, and neither wore back support. At one point, a large hutch nearly hit the wall because they didn’t have control of it.
I was asked to climb into the back of the moving truck to help. One of the movers told my husband, “We are going to need help with the desk.” My husband and my 70-year-old father ended up helping them unload and move a heavy oak desk. We hired movers so our family would not have to risk injury, yet we were the ones doing much of the heavy lifting.
They struggled with basic problem-solving, including getting a desk through a doorway. I have photos and videos showing my husband and the furniture owner doing a significant portion of the work.
To make matters worse, the final bill was more than double the original quote. When we spoke to address the discrepancies, the representative claimed she didn’t know the manager’s name and repeatedly said she “didn’t understand” what we were referencing.
They later reached out and spoke with my husband. He scheduled a time for both of us to be on a follow-up call. It has now been over two weeks with no contact. Silence.
This experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. We paid for professional movers and ended up doing much of the work ourselves, at more than twice the quoted cost. I strongly advise others to choose a different company.
Avoid: $10k in Damages, Hostage Tactics & Crew on substances
My experience with All My Sons Moving (32 Coles Ave, Cherry Hill Township, NJ and All My Sons Corporate Office in Texas) has been the worst service experience I have ever had, and their public ratings across major platforms reflect exactly why so many customers report similar issues.
Across multiple review sites, this company consistently scores poorly:
• Google: Approximately 3.9 stars, with thousands of reviews
• Yelp: Approximately 1.5–2 stars, with a long history of complaints
• Better Business Bureau (BBB): 1.97 stars across more than 1,000 customer reviews, despite being “accredited”
These ratings are not a coincidence — they mirror the exact problems I experienced. Please don’t take the chances that I did and use this company. You’ll be very sorry.
I hired All My Sons for what should have been a simple, professionally handled move within Pennsylvania. Instead, the company sent a crew from their New Jersey branch, and from the moment they arrived, the situation was unacceptable. The movers smelled strongly of weed, and the odor was so overwhelming that it transferred onto my belongings, the moving blankets, and into my home.
Despite being quoted $1,500 for a move that originally included far more items than we ultimately needed moved, the crew stalled for hours, took an unreasonable amount of time to get set up, and barely worked. They attempted to charge us $200 per hour for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture and no boxes—time that was inflated entirely due to their own lack of productivity. They even took apart furniture unnecessarily, removing every screw they could find, and then struggled to reassemble anything, which appeared to be a deliberate tactic to keep the clock running.
To make matters worse, they forced us to pay immediately before unloading the furniture, even though the job was nowhere near complete and their performance had already been unacceptable. They refused to allow me to inspect my furniture after they brought it in. They were holding my furniture in their truck until I provided the person on the phone with a credit card to pay for the move.
By 10 p.m., exhausted and frustrated, we had no choice but to let them leave. My husband and I ended up moving most of the furniture ourselves, unwrapping and assembling items they were supposed to handle. The next day, we had to take two cars and make multiple trips just to move basic items like totes and clothing bags—items we specifically hired them to move.
Damage Discovered - In daylight, the true extent of the damage became clear. The movers had:
• Drilled holes through three credenzas, including over ten holes on the wrong side of two of them
• Split a 500+ lb wooden and marble credenza by placing it on its side on a dolly instead of carrying it properly
• Stained my couch
• Broken a $1,500 art piece
• Scratched $1,200 chairs
Their lack of training and care was obvious, and their behavior raised serious concerns about whether they were under the influence while handling our property.
Claims Process & Geoff Burgess
I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 in damages, providing receipts, photos, and videos—evidence the company was aware of from the moment the damage occurred. Since my move at the end of December, I have been going back and forth with All My Sons for months. It is now March, and they have:
• Refused to settle
• Refused to explain their employees’ behavior
• Refused to address the lack of training or drug testing
• Refused to replace or compensate me for the extensive damage
The claims representative, Geoff Burgess, has been a complete roadblock.
He:
• Refuses to review any of the material proof
• Refuses to provide documentation
• Refuses to acknowledge the severity of the damage
• Blocks any attempt to escalate the issue
I even tried going to his supervisor and to customer service, and no one will do anything. Every path leads back to Geoff, who simply repeats the same scripted denial.
Their final response was that their insurance would only cover $644 under “limited liability,” and they refused to refund the $1,500 I paid for the move. The local NJ operations manager initially told me he would speak with his partner and call me back. He never did. I have texted him multiple times and left a voicemail with no response except to speak Geoff in claims.
The company also refuses to let customers speak directly with their executive team, forcing all communication through an internal division that shields them from accountability. I even tried reaching out on LinkedIn to the chief customer officer of all my sons in their corporate office in Texas.
This company ignores customers, denies valid claims, and hides behind red tape. Their low BBB/Yelp ratings are earned. Check reviews first—don't make my mistake!

FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
BEWARE: DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY!! FIND ANYONE ELSE!! I called All My Sons Moving and Storage and discussed my full scale packing service and move with Steve (Jan 2026). He was eager to get my business from another big box company and guaranteed that he could do my full job for a $2,500 flat rate including packing materials. He said "if it's over that they'll just have to be mad with me but you won't pay over what I quoted. I'll make sure you're taken care of." Unbeknownst to us, Steve subcontracted our job to Wayne's Moving Services, LLC (another dumpster fire company. See separate review on Yelp). Nevertheless, we decided to proceed. An estimator did a virtual inspection of the items to be packed and said the price would be $2,695. We agreed to pay the additional amount. Prior to the pack and move, the communication was horrific. We weren't kept informed of delays, reschedules, plans, or anything. Our job's dates and times were changed multiple times without our knowledge or approval. Steve tried to assist when his subcontractors were non responsive but it was clear he was not in charge, had no authority over, nor took any responsibility for his subcontractors poor performance. His subcontractors extorted us for an additional $400 over the contracted rate because they "underestimated the job and just needed to pay my guys". When my husband challenged him on this, Steve reneged on what he promised and claimed he never said that. Steve is shady and does not honor his word. He's argumentative and patronizing. Their business model is built on bait and switch. They get you to book with them for a lower price then you end up paying a lot more than what was agreed upon because they leave you with no choice. All My Sons is not a reputable company and I wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before booking with them. Our experience was unnecessarily STRESSFUL and I pray this review keeps someone else from booking with them.
lie about prices and will damage your items
Do not use they will damage your furniture, and they do not have insurance they only have a contract. They lie about their prices, and they tried to make me sign a blank credit card slip ..they all they do is drop your furniture and if they damage your big screen TV they only owe you..... 10 per pound ..you are better off getting uphaul. They are extreamly nasty ..never again
Our experience with All My Sons was…exceptional
Our experience with All My Sons was phenomenal! Professionalism and kindness from owner to workers. Russell was extremely accommodating and upfront regarding all pricing. Darrien and Jeffrey were efficient and careful with all items moved. Using this company made the process of moving so much less stressful. Honest, dependable, efficient and kind describes my entire experience.
Horrible Moving Experience
I have moved successfully several times over three decades. This was the worst experience ever and needs to be reviewed by a third party.
Worst move ever
Worst move ever. lazy crew - no leadership - no supplies! Broke lots of items and now wont pay up what is owed with there own upgrade "insurance". See them in court.
