There was an issue with part of our order and I had to contact Customer Service to get it resolved. I was assisted by Yemi first and then Nyah called to let me know they had the shoe we ordered. The Los Altos Cognac Crocodile shoes are to die for. Everybody knows a man is judged by his shoes and these say “I am somebody important.” I gifted these to a special lawyer who won his case the first time he wore them. They look sharp and he says they are very comfortable. They are made to perfection and obviously a craftsman designed these with precision. These shoes were expensive but worth every cent,

I have ordered many suits from Men’s USA and they did a great job even when they gave me the wrong suit my wife said it was nice and I kept the suit and Men’s USA still gave me a portion of it back and I bought me another suit. Do not order anything from this website it's a scam I ordered a pair of white dress loafers on 7/31/25 amount $94.00 #28102 order number have not received or able to communicate with customer service 😔

I ordered a bundle deal on suits at a good price. They immediately debited the payment from my card which usually is not the practice until it is ready to ship. Then nothing, no follow up on shipment or status. Tried email took 3 days to get some bull response about confirming order, then nothing another week. Tried calling phone number and get automated selection but when try an option it rings a couple times and hangs up. Only way they will eventually respond is by email. Then it's a bunch of bull. Second email and it was oh sorry lost your order, please confirm what you wanted, and what suit the presented was much more expensive and not even what I ordered the first time. It has now been almost 3 weeks trying to get a live person but instead you get feed garbage via an email with no real contact name just a representative ID like M1 or F16 and in email header it copies suitsusa.com and MensUSA.com, Suspicious ! I have emailed again showing proof of what was ordered and showing they already got the money so we will see, but I feel I have either lost my money or will have to take legal recourse to get it back. Won't ever buy here again and do not recommend it.

Do not order from this company as you will not get anyone to respond to you if you need to return your item. They have a 15 day return policy which is fine if they responded to you. I have completed their return form multiple times without response, I have tried live chat and followed those instructs again without any response. I have called the company directly and was told to do this online and they hung up on me. I have sent multiple emails again without response. I only wanted to return the suit I purchased that was too large and order a size smaller if they would just respond. At this point I don't trust this company and just want to return the suit and get a refund. Not hopeful!

Be careful - bait and switch scam.

Ordered a pair of Mezlan shoes, cited as in stock online.

Received a subsequent email from “MensUSA Menswear” with no apology or clarity that simply asked me to choose a different pair. Various fonts and misspellings.

I had to chase to confirm out of stock etc. Customer service then confirmed the order would be cancelled. A day later they charged my card…

Be very careful. Either a front, a bait and switch or deception. Use a credit card so that you are protected.

I've read reviews on this company and quite a few were very negative. I can only give a review based on my personal experience. My experience is 5 stars. I placed an order on Sunday and Wednesday it was at my front door via FedEx. The order was exactly what I had asked for and it was very well packaged. It was very professional looking on a nice hanger with the packaging. I would definitely use them again based on my experience.
