Professional, knowledgeable, prompt
We have been with Allied for 10 plus years and have never had a problem or complaint with their service, with the way we have been treated and their product. We did a lot of research before we purchased a security system and Allied won hands down. If we were to do it over, we ail choose them again.

The set up process was a nightmare.
The process of getting what we asked for installed correctly and in a timely manner was very difficult. We had to have numerous meetings at the site to get things correct. We were billed for things that we didn't ask for and it took months to get that corrected. Our monitoring service is going well but I was never given all of the information on how to view the cameras from my phone.

Want problems-call Allied
We have had nothing but problmes with our service at Priest Lake. We have paid numerous bills even thought we were told they would be reveiwed. We have allied at many of our residences, but they really don't care.

A manager who no longer works for Allied Fire & Security was supposed to get back with Mr Ray regarding the issues he was having. We contacted Mr Ray yesterday and we were able to resolve the issues to his satisfaction.
