I ordered napkins and cutlery for a wedding never arrived

incredibly stressful time

customer services are non existent, I was lied to being told the goods would arrive the next day, nothing turned up

I Have to say Alliance online are BRILLIANT got myself a set of saucepans they were a very reasonable price for a great quality sterdy pans. Also the Kentucky mop is fabulous. Alliance customer service is excellent and even get free delivery on orders over £30 . They delivered to my door in 3-4 days the order. Even better than I was expecting for great customer service and very helpful staff . I would recommend them to anyone and Yes I will definitely shop with confidence again.

I discovered this company on line during lockdown last year and have used them a few times now.
Great company, easy to order, great prices with excellent delivery service.

We have used Alliance a few times this year, we have had excellent service with email updates on all ordered items, they have always replied to emails , delivery is fast are order from yesterday has just arrived this morning, would highly recommend, Thankyou Alliance

So, I placed an order based on positive reviews. I have ordered specific item, as I had it in the past. Arrived completely different from what has been displayed. As it’s nearly close time till Xmas, I won’t be able to find an alternative item and they only offered to collect it leaving me without it just b4 Xmas. Definitely won’t be buying from them again. Be aware what you receive!!!

I use this company every six weeks and have never had a problem - great service, always prompt deliveries and a plus is that they will call you if there are any hitches with your order - I ordered the same item twice on the same day and hadn’t realised and they called to confirm that was my intention - excellent customer care, would highly recommend

I’m new to using Alliance Online and so far I am very pleased and happy with everything.
Even though they didn’t have one thing in stock I ordered, I was contacted twice letting me know the supply issues they were having with the particular item.
I’m also very impressed at how fast my items and repeat order has been dispatched and delivered.

Wow wow wow to customer service and delivery - this company is AMAZING ..... we have had to have nurses coming in following husbands hospitalisation and I have had to anti-bac absolutely everything in sight during this difficult time - order from this company and get delivery next day YES DURING THESE DIFFICULT TIMES this company are a true 'front line' company. I placed my order and Sarah Jane kindly kept me updated. My items arrived yesterday and John the delivery driver was lovely and friendly whilst adhering to social distancing.

Don’t bother go to Costco, Bookers or Makro I phoned this company two weeks ago to open a trade account I was told to complete application form heard nothing rang them 12 times in two weeks then I was told they are not accepting any Trade accounts would give no stars if possible.

I placed an order yesterday, and was amazed at how quick my goods were delivered. At 6.30 this morning. Despite the problems the country is facing, Alliance have left me lost for words. Keep up the efficient service you provide and thank you so much. Five stars.
