Recently dealt with Steven at Alliance Financial Options Ltd in obtaining a mortgage and have to say, the service we received was first class. From the beginning of the process in looking for a mortgage I feel we were taken care of. Guided through each stage with support from Paul & Stephanie. We haven’t needed to apply for a mortgage in nearly 30 years and so much had changed. It was good getting the support of Alliance at every step of the process. Alliance Financial Options Ltd. have been fantastic - they have made the process of securing a mortgage during a very stressful time so easy and the level of support provided by them has been over and above anything we would ever have expected. Due to having a new baby, we haven't had the bandwidth to fully dedicate time/energy to the process but Paul and Stephanie have been there to pick up the slack and keep us focussed on what we needed to provide and when as well as liaising with the solicitors and so owning our dream house is now within touching distance and we are further reassured by their promise to continue to support us until we get the keys to our first family home.
