I never received my package

I never received my package. Even after numerous emails. Order number sent, along with confirmation page.
These items were sent multiple times. Forget it. No longer interested. Found legitimate item at Macy's

Order paid but yet not received

I still have not received my order!!!

I still have not received my order!!!! I’ve been pretty patient but wow, it’s getting ridiculous! It’s been 5 + weeks NO UPDATE on when or if I will receive my order!

I bought it a month and 1/2 ago and I…

I bought it a month and 1/2 ago and I haven’t received the product….. I had to sent 2 emails asking for it to get an automated replied saying they were taking care of it and still haven’t received it…. I’ll give an update if I actually receive it and use it

The patches are OK

The patches are OK, however there's false advertisement on the site. One box is advertised as a 12 night supply, which is only true if you have one eye. One box includes 6 pairs of patches, so it's really a 6 night supply!

It took so long for this to arrive

It took so long for this to arrive , weeks , when advertising it’s says 12 pieces -it makes people confused as it’s actually 6 eye patches and makes sense to mention 6 pairs, or were meant to use one patch for an eye only ? The product is far from what they describe and it’s not worth the price.

Order still not arrived!
Despite chasing they say order not yet dispatched due to stock shortage. Why advertise then?
Leaving it another week and then will be asking for refund.
Very disappointing service.
