Go see an allergist
I ordered my Allermi on May 9th and still havent gotten it (today is 5/21). I've reached out to customer service several times letting them know that the tracking number shows that they are still waiting on the package and that only a label has been created. I kept getting the same canned response that not to worry and then they blamed USPS.
I asked for a refund and they said they can't do that once its shipped BUT IT NEVER HAS! I usually have amazing results with Instagram ads and ordering things. This was a huge disappointment. Stay clear and find an allergist near you.

After looking into your order, we found that your initial shipment was returned to sender by USPS, which is why tracking showed only a label being created for so long. Oftentimes, USPS will show the label created status until the day of delivery.
To resolve this, we compounded a new nasal spray for you and processed a free replacement order, which was delivered today. You can track it by logging into my.allermi.com.

Frustrated with ongoing year-around allergies and no substantial help from my allergist, I tried Allermi. It worked. Pretty darned well. I was amazed and happy. Used it for 5 months. Took the combination prescription to my allergist to have him explain why it was working so well - and he quickly found out why. It uses the main ingredient in AFRIN to clear my sinuses. You know - Afrin - the stuff that you can't use long term, and is addictive to your sinuses and causes damage to your sinus passage. Unbelievable. Totally a FRAUD and medically dangerous.

Thank you for your feedback, Neal. We are so pleased to hear of your relief on Allermi, but sorry you were given this misinformation by your doctor. Unfortunately, some doctors are unaware of the science behind Allermi and why it is safe to use daily, despite containing oxymetaozoline, without being addictive or unsafe.
As you are aware, oxymetazoline is a decongestant medication that is sold as Afrin or Sinex over-the-counter. The over-the-counter version of this medication is extremely strong and can cause rebound congestion (i.e., addiction) if used for a long period of time. It is recommended not to use the over-the-counter version for longer than 3 days.
Allermi contains oxymetazoline - however it is a micro-dose of oxymetazoline that is a tiny fraction the dosage of what is sold over-the-counter. In addition, we always combine that micro-dose of oxymetazoline with anti-inflammatory corticosteroid in the same formula. There is significant scientific research (as well as our own clinical experience of 30 years) that conclusively proves that when oxymetazoline is combined with anti-inflammatory corticosteroid in the same formula, it does not cause rebound congestion.

This has actually been very helpful thus far for my allergies. I dont use it daily, but more so during times where I'll expect heightened allergies. It does the trick for me for the most part. Ill still have a sneeze here and there but my stuffy nose, runny nose, wattery eyes and sneeze attacks are basically gone when using it consistently. Customer Service has been helpful too when asking questions. Id recommend giving it a try if you suffer from allergies in general. You can customize it to fit certain criteria.

Do not waste your money, it seems like a scam
I had an allergic reaction, which was very scary!! I reached out to see if I could be refunded, since it did not at list that it was non-refundable when I placed the order. They of course said it was non-refundable. Even trying to cancel future orders was very difficult and is in a very odd location on the website. I believe they are counting on the fact that many people would probably give up and continue to receive more product. I reached out again through e-mail and they provided the way to cancel. It is basically an over priced nasal spray, like Flonase.

Thank you for your feedback, Susan. We are very sorry if you experienced a reaction following use of your Super Spray and had difficulty with the cancellation process. We are working towards making this process as seamless as possible. Please understand that since Allermi is a prescription, there are strict pharmacy regulations in place that prohibit the refund or return of prescription medications.
An allergy to any of the components in Allermi is incredibly rare, if it occurs at all, and is not predictable. Symptoms of an allergic reaction to any of the medications in Allermi could theoretically include hives (itchy, blotchy rash) and difficulty breathing but, again, these would be extremely rare.
Our medical intake form is very detailed, and specifically asks about previous medications used and if there is a history of a steroid allergy, which is an automatic disqualifier from treatment.
While rare, side effects from the ingredients in your spray are possible if the medication was allowed to drip out the back of nose and into the throat, where it can be swallowed.
A reminder that your Super Spray should please be taken with the following technique:
-Shake your Super Spray bottle well
-While seated on the edge of your bed or chair, lean forward and look down straight towards your toes in the nose-to-toes position
-Insert the nozzle as deep as comfortable, ideally about 1/2 an inch into the nose, avoiding the nasal septum (cartilage that divides each side of the nose)
-Pump your nasal spray with a short, firm pump and sniff up once
-Immediately press the opposite nostril closed and do 15 seconds of short, rapid "bunny" sniffs after each spray, keeping your head down
-Repeat for the other side
-Don't lift your head up until you're fully done with your treatment on both sides
Using proper technique helps to avoid swallowing your spray and bothersome side effects. i've been struggling with congestion for years especially at night that has severely impacted the quality of my sleep. after using allermi, i can finally sleep through the night and feel refreshed! so happy i gave it a try!

I can finally breathe through my nose!
I’ve been using their product since Jan 2023 and have nothing but great things to say. I tried all the alternatives such as anti-histamine tablets, nasal steroids, and even rhinoplasty but have always had a persistent sinus congestion.
When I used their product, I felt instant relief. Whenever I find that the product is less effective, I’ll message their team and they’ll change the ingredients until it works great, usually it’s due to seasonal changes in allergens in our environment which require a different composition of ingredients.
I told some doctor friends about this who were initially very skeptical, an ENT even told me that one of the active ingredient is dangerous & addictive. However, I sought clarification from Allermi who explained they provide a micro dose of the active ingredient which mitigates negative side effects as opposed to the standard dose that the ENT was referring to.
Can’t breathe without this product!
