Never got the service I paid for
I got into the meeting 2 minutes early, and it was left for 30 minutes on the waiting room. Finally gave up and moved on with my day, 2 hours later I get an email asking for feedback. Here it is. Fix this, please.

Thank you Majdi al Rifai for leaving a 5-Stars review. We continuously strive to serve our clients better. Looking forward to serving you in the future!
Perfunctory Service
Absolutely unprofessional service by cancelling the appointment without informing the client. Claiming you have more important work is just rude and disrespectful and not how you operate a business which emphasizes on offering a service. I would highly recommend an improvement of customer service or hire more people if you’re overworked.
