Sylish, hardwearing & very comfortable
I have had several pairs of shoes/trainers from Allbirds. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. As an albeit sprightly 70yrs old I am very choosy about footwear. Highly recommended.

I would rate 0 stars if possible
I would rate 0 stars if possible. If you buy and return too many shoes (since you can’t try them on without doing so) you are flagged without notification and you will be denied a return or exchange. Terrible experience and customer service policy. They need to be transparent instead of after doing this including you in more marketing campaign to buy shoes with easy returns.

Gorgeous, fabulous, immensely comfortable slippers 🥿 love the raised bit at the back to stop them slipping off. Bought some for my husband at the same time and he adores them too! Another Allbirds WIN 🏅! M xx

Beautiful material and style with poor quality
They have nice styles, designs and they try to innovate and make shoes from better materials but it is very poor quality brand with terrible customer service.
I bought two shoes.
In first (merino trail runner) the fabric started to tear after some wears
In the second the glue points between merino and rubber patch started to fail after some wear
I contacted the customer service they said this is normal wear and tears .
I complained for customer protection agency in my country then in EU the in Switzerland. It turned out that they registrerad i Switzerland.
They promised to refund within days but they didn't. And still the case is on going with them .

Fantastic customer experience.
A defect appeared in one shoe. It was more than a year so I wasn't expecting much when I contacted them Wow, was I wrong. Mario was just fantastic and sent us a gift card after answering a few questions. Now that's exemplary customer experience.

Super quick delivery
Arrived very quickly but unfortunately I had to return as they were too big. They promptly sent a smaller size but they too I walked out of. I have several pairs of Allbirds so I know my size , but sadly this pair didn't work out.

I recommend Allbirds!
Every order that I've placed with Allbirds has been delivered within days of my ordering.
Add to that the quality and comfort of their shoes, they deserve 5 stars!
If I do have a small gripe, it would be that their laces could be slightly longer, as I struggle to double knot them.
