Allbirds are always super quick with shipping. I was pleased to get my shoes just a couple days after ordering

Da ich Schuhe mit Einlagen trage, bestelle ich für alle Jahreszeiten meine Schuhe vorwiegend bei Allbirds. Die Innensohlen sind austauschbar. Die Schuhe an sich sind sehr bequem und von sehr guter Qualität. Ich habe keinerlei Beschwerden mehr, egal ob Knie, Hüfte oder Rücken. Der hohe Preis zahlt sich aus, da man die Schuhe länger als nur ein Jahr tragen kann.

Been a customer for 6+ years but the new distributors in Europe is completely screwing its customers. They have not sent me my shoes - just kept the money. Been waiting almost two weeks now. Customer service (help(at)allbirds.no) won't reply to my e-mails.

Love this new blue shade of laceless AllBirds. I live in the white ones I got last year so was ready for a second pair. Always quick, great service.

Nothing was too much trouble. The young man who served me in the
shop was patient, kind and professional.
He knew his stock well and obviously had complete faith in the products he was selling. He made shopping a joy and I will certainly be back for more shoes in the future.

I love allbirds! I have had many pairs over the years. I wore the tree runners back in my nursing days as they were so comfortable and looked much smarter than trainers.
I now wear the tree dashers and tree gliders for golf in summer. They are again so lightweight and comfortable, while the soles provide great grip.
I love that they are so multifunctional, practical and cool.
Not the cheapest on the market, but can't fault the quality. Always good to bag a couple of pairs in the sale.

Purchased two pairs of size 10 shoes. After suffering some discomfort for a few months from one of the pairs, but not quite realising why, this pair turned out to be 1.5cm shorter in length than the other comfortable pair. Recently asked for an exchange for a clear defect, which was refused.

This is my 4th pair of Allbirds, absolutely love them. Very comfortable and versatile, so many styles to choose from.

Unfortunately the shoe box was torn, there was no tissue or other packaging around the shoes and no sign of the socks I ordered. I have no way of knowing if this was a fault in the shipping department or the courier company. This would have been my 5th pair of Allbirds but the fit around the ankle was too tight and sadly they will be returned.

The socks I bought are really poor. While size M, they are very small, feel nylon and slide off as I wear them in a pair of all birds.

The weather has been too warm to wear the new ankle boots yet

Bought a pair of sneakers. The reason I can't leave a good review is because the shoes I ordered are not worth what I paid for them. After only two or so wears, the woolly cushioning around the ankles started to pile, disintegrate, and dye my socks. Wish I'd not bought.

Another great pair of shoes. Comfortable, stylish, innovative, possibly more sustainable. Super quick free delivery.
