Do not use this business. They entice you with wonderful offers and discounts
Take a deposit and then never call you. It’s a scam. Do not trust anything they tell you.
I was left for 6 weeks with a car after they promised to deliver.
In the end the rep said the deal could not be honored and refused to take any responsibility.
So only the customer suffers.
Terrible.

This is classic bait and switch. They badger you for the deposit knowing FULL WELL THEY CAN'T DELIVER!!! THEY DON'T HAVE DRIVERS contracted. They try to find drivers who will take the job AFTER They have bid really low, knowing the drivers will NOT, haul for the quoted amount. THE LOW QUOTE IS ONLY TO GET YOUR BUSINESS!!! THEY CAN'T GET THE JOB DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The agent tried to charge me twice the quote the day of pick-up, because they had to contract a new driver. Yeah right!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I HAVE FILED a COMPLAINT with the BBB.

I signed a contract for $650.00. I Paid deposit of $200. On the day of pickup they called and said very few drivers available and they wouldn't haul for less then $995. I reminded them of contract. They said very few drivers available and they wouldn't haul for less then that. I asked for refund of deposit and they said these were the only available drivers for any haulers. He said one would do it for me for $950. So I agreed. He showed up and I paid full amount in cash. I told him to pull car in the driveway at destination. When delivered he left car on the street and he parked the car in the wrong direction on the street. I don't know if he doesn't understand English or just careless or dimwitted. I could have been ticketed. In my opinion not trustworthy. Would Never ever recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We booked auto transport with American Haul LLC — agreed on a fixed price, date, and paid a deposit upfront. Everything seemed confirmed.

Then, a day before pickup, they suddenly started calling and messaging us with the usual “market volatility” story, claiming insurance prices had mysteriously doubled overnight. Long story short — they jacked up the price by $1,000 and delayed the shipping date, effectively breaking every term of the original agreement.

At that point, we canceled and walked away — but even then, they refused to refund the full deposit, citing a made-up "cancellation fee," and returned less than half. The rest? Gone. No real explanation, no professionalism, just pure scam tactics wrapped in excuses.

This was bait and switch, plain and simple. They lure you in with a good quote, take a deposit, and then wait until the last minute to extort more money, knowing you’re under time pressure.

🚨 Avoid this company at all costs.
Unethical, dishonest, and a complete waste of time and money.

If I could give a zero I would. They are very good about manipulating the situation. My car was supposed to be picked up the same day no later than the text and it was always something and then the price changed. After.
Reviewing the reviews I found out these people were scammers. They said they sent my deposit back to the bank and the bank has not notified or seen anything so I had to put a dispute out to get my money back. Now they're saying that it's on me for being patient and not calling them scammers.What else is it? This place is awful day.They are a bait company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

If I could give 0 star I would. Company lies about price, makes you pay deposit, then tells you it’s gonna be $700 more than what they quoted you at. HORRIBLE customer service, talked to so many employees who would cut me off when I was expressing my concerns. Asked for a refund, was told yes & it would go back into my account but it’s been a month so I had to dispute with bank.

Bait and switch on the car moving contract.Dishonest and fast talking. They charged extra for a winch trailer, then didn’t provide one. They guaranteed insurance then didn’t provide insurance. The car was damaged no insurance or call back.

Incredibly dishonest. I had a signed contract to ship my car for a set price. They tried to get a better spread with the hauler, which resulted in cancelled contract with the hauler after hours. Neither I was notified nor the hauler, and the result was the hauler expected 300 dollars more than i had agreed to pay to the broker. This broker’s solution was to try negotiate a price between the hauler and myself after they had possession of vehicle and i was faced with paying storage fees while the issue was resolved. I felt like i needed to take a shower after dealing with them.The most dishonest manipulative company i have done business with in my entire life.

DO NOT RECOMMEND-RUN! This is a brokerage only. They do NOT have trucks. They post the load as do the other brokerage. After being strung along for 2 weeks on an auto transport, w/ less than a 24 hour notice, and, a signed contract, price went from $560 to $1200! Then, after another hour and a half, the price came down to $750. Now, "Sarah" sends me this link for a review? Next stop, Better Business Bureau & Google.

Quoted me on car delivery and were very nice, until they got my deposit. Then nothing but "bait and switch", lies, and double-talk.
Wound up costing me almost double their quote.
Would have canceled, but I needed the car.

Worst experience ever gave me a price and switched up on me the day of pick up . Never will do business with this company ever again

Made arrangements with Leo Parker at (949) 209-8797 to have my daughter’s car from California to Seattle, Washington. I paid my deposit and the the day the car was supposed to be picked up they canceled. I kept calling them even two days before scheduled pick up.We were flying out the next day. A big mess!!!This company is a FAKE and full of SCAMMERS! They take your money and leave you high and dry the day of pickup with just a bunch of excuses. DO NOT USE THEM!!

They are lying bunch of scamming crooks who will take your money and then give you every excuse in the book. I am lucky i paid with american express and was able to get my money back; the reviews of people who provided debit cards are still fighting well over a year and have not seen their money back. Do not trust pete, james and any tom, dick or harry from this shady lying scamming company.

I had the pleasure of meeting James before I had to move out of state. I needed to have my vehicle transported to Missouri and James helped me every step of the way from the time my vehicle left Florida till it arrived here in Missouri. I was extremely happy and satisfied. I highly recommend James for any of your shipping needs. The price was reasonable as well. Thanks again James. I've worked with Pete and James for a couple years now and they've been nothing but professional and courteous. I've had to move my RV twice and they've never let me down I highly recommend these guys give him a call they'll definitely get the job done for you. Thanks again guys!!
