I should have looked at the Reviews first! MIKE is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and has NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING! They should not be in business at all! Either he needs to sell the company or get fired!

Like many others, I continue to have difficulty returning a simple pair of jeans. I wanted to support American made companies and products, so I ordered a pair of jeans. When the jeans arrived, they didn't fit well, so I returned the clean, unwashed, freshly opened jeans. I went through their return process, got the RA number, had to pay for shipping to return the item, which I wasn't fond of. The shipping company sent me a tracking number, indicating the jeans had arrived at the warehouse mid November. The company website does state that once the item has been received, a refund will be issued up to 10 business days later. A month later, I still had not received my refund, so I contacted the company about it. I received an email saying it was the holiday season, please allow some grace. That's fair, so I did. A month later, still no refund. The item has been with the company at the warehouse for 2 months and still no refund. I sent another email to the company requesting and update or status, and ultimately the refund. This is unacceptable business practice, and certainly not what I had hoped for from an American clothing company.
Had a sizing issue with my 1st purchase-a pair of jeans. Other reviews have mentioned sizing issues as well. Followed instructions and submitted their exchange form, and added two questions in the "comments" section: "Could they help with a sizing recommendation?", and "May I buy a return shipping label from them?". When Tawnya responded with a RA number, via email, neither of these questions were addressed. I have seen others complain about poor service, and high return/exchange costs. Now I'm returning for refund, instead of exchanging, and I won't be wasting any more time or money placing orders with them. Too bad a US company like this chooses Chinese low level customer service.
