What a great experience from start to finish. They were helpful throughout the whole process, let me know my options through the booking process, the delivery process and instructions of how to wear the costume. The whole process was made easy. Communication was brilliant. The return label was there ready to go, no hunting, downloading or printing needed. Packed beautifully, was clean and smelt amazing. The costume was really good quality and really realistic, I had lots of party guests enquiring about it and the children were completely mindblown.

Great Price. Clean good quality costumes with good choice. Clear communication/customer service regarding payment, collection and return.

This is my second time using All About Costumes, and the service is still absolutely amazing! I first used them back in 2022 for my daughter’s Peppa Pig party, and returning to them in 2026, I’m so happy to see their quality is just as high as I remembered.
The communication is great, and they were so accommodating when I needed to adjust my pick-up and drop-off times. The costumes (Spider-Man and Iron-Man) were incredible—the kids loved every minute of it! I 10/10 recommend them for their top-tier customer service. Thank you so much! ❤️
