I've been buying from all-wall for…
I've been buying from all-wall for years with no problems and have been pretty satisfied. several months ago i ordered a part and didn't realize it was for a newer model flat box. I got a RMA to return part and get a refund once they received part. I sent part back and according to tracking service part was received 3/25/25. As of today (4/17/25) still waiting to be refunded. Not sure if all returns/refunds take this long.

I was sent the wrong tools the part no. was correct but I needed what was shown in the picture I can't completely blame all-wall I have had excellent experience with you on other purchases I did try calling once but have been busy and timing as been an issue
