Hello Scott. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the mishap. This one is completely on us. Our records show your order had a manufacture delay of over 45 days, in which our system will close out the pending order. The unfortunate part is that we the CSR/Sales Reps are not informed of the changes therefore unable to reach our customers.
I did not see any calls or emails from you into our call center asking about your order at that time we would have informed you of the delayed item.
We are working with marketing to put a plan in place for order with heavy backorder delays. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I didn’t receive my order in 2 days and…
I didn’t receive my order in 2 days and paid for two day shipping. When my order went through a special 15% offer came out the next day and when I asked to pay the difference they said there was nothing I could do even if I wanted to cancel. So not to good but the product works great.

Hello. Thank you for the message. You create this order on 12/26 (Friday)during a holiday break where the majority of warehouses are closed for christmas break. Your order shipped the following business day 12/29(Monday) with 2 day air arriving at your Door 12/31 on time Per Fedex.
You placed the promo code for a Free shirt at the time of your purchase that was the offer provided and given. Codes are based on availability at time of purchase. Once your order is placed our system can not make modifications.

What is the point of sending an email
What is the point of sending an email, saying that an order has been shipped when it hasn't? Not only not shipped, but still not shipped a few weeks later? And no answers, no communication.

We apologize for the shipping notification. We know how frustrating this situation is. It appears that USPS has the package in their hands however they never scanned the package at the sorting facility. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have issued a refund to your account on 1/9/26.

It’s not exactly what I wanted
It’s not exactly what I wanted, I really wanted the recurve knife. The knife that I received will do the job so I’m just gonna go with what I got no one in this area that I live in has or even knows what a knock down knife is so I’m happy to have what I got. Thank you.
