I'm 3 weeks post op, and im already loving my results so far! Dr Ali and his team was amazing from the minute I arrived, I would like to thank them all they was wonderful and if I wanted anything else done, I would definitely be going back to Dr ali. Couldn't of picked a better surgeon and team! X

Amazing!!
Dr Ali and his team are absolutely amazing! From making my initial enquiry to my last appointment everything was seamless.
I had a revision rhinoplasty in May 2024. This is my fourth procedure and the first one that I had in Turkey. The previous surgeons (all UK based) do not even come close to the skills and knowledge of Dr Ali. I was nervous about going abroad for my surgery but Dr Ali and his team could not have been more brilliant with putting me at ease. All questions were answered extremely quickly by the patient coordinators before I flew out and on the day of surgery Dr Ali spent time with me discussing what I wanted to achieve and clearly explained how he could achieve it. He put me at ease and I felt completely reassured. I’m only a week post surgery but I am already extremely happy with the results. My procedure was very complex and the previous UK surgeon had made a complete mess of my nose which Dr Ali has managed to rectify.
I really cannot recommend Dr Ali enough. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for a rhinoplasty (or any other surgery that Dr Ali offers) then please choose him, he is simply AMAZING!

Dr Ali is amazing.
So thorough with his explanations and expectations for outcomes.
He really has a genuinely kind and caring nature which puts you at ease, and lets you know you’re in safe hands.
His team are always on hand to answer any questions pre and post surgery. They are also lovely.
I cannot fault him. Would highly recommend

In reply - you did do an uplift. The difference in height between both areoles were EXTREME - a number of centimetres, and no I did not give my consent for you to post pictures of me, I assume lay down where you can't see the extent of asymmetry; I will be reporting your account

Our primary goal is always to ensure the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. Following your detailed description, we have thoroughly reviewed your case, and we want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously and we apologize for any distress this situation caused.
When you contacted our clinic on September 3, 2023, you completed our assessment form and expressed interest in larger breast implants and a brow lift surgery. In your assessment form, you specifically mentioned, “I havw had 3 uplifts and 2 went very wrong. I do not want another uplift and i am happy to have some assymettry because of this” and “the threads are rejecting i need them taking out.”
On September 9, 2023, Dr. Uckan reviewed your file and he declined to perform the brow lift surgery, stating, “In order for a brow lift (surgical endoscopic) to be performed, the inflammation process related to threads must be completed, otherwise an effective browlift cannot be performed and asymmetry occurs afterwards.” He added, “In most cases, it is not possible to remove it completely because it integrates with the tissue and because it is related to the facial nerve frontal branch, there may be nerve damage in the wrong intervention and there is a risk of facial paralysis (forehead and drooping eyebrows).” He agreed to remove them as safely as possible.
You visited our clinic on September 27, 2023, and had your consultation the following day, which coincided with your surgery day. During your consultation, you expressed a desire for the largest available implants, despite being advised otherwise. Following a thorough explanation of the potential risks and discomfort that may arise in the long term, you consented to proceed with your surgery, and our team honoured your decision. Your before and after images have been posted on our social media platforms with your consent, and they are currently featured in our highlights section.
It's important to note that achieving symmetry and desired outcomes can be complex, and variations in anatomy and previous surgeries can present challenges. We would like to bring to your attention that, during our pre-operative discussions, we provided you with a comprehensive overview of available options and their potential outcomes. We emphasized that the chosen approach might not yield the optimal results in achieving the symmetry you desire. You made an informed decision to proceed with the current approach. Your choice was respected, and we proceeded accordingly. While we understand the dissatisfaction with the results, it's essential to acknowledge the collaborative decision-making process that led to this point.
After your surgery, you reached out to our clinic on November 8th, expressing dissatisfaction with the asymmetry of your nipple level. The response you received stated, "The purpose of this operation was not related to the areola. Scar revision and implant replacement were performed. She was offered an uplift revision, but she did not accept it. No incision was made around the nipples."
On February 29th, you reached out to our clinic seeking a refund to undergo surgery in the UK. Instead, we requested additional photographs from you, as you had been consistently sending only one picture with filters applied. We requested clearer, higher-quality images to ensure that our surgical plans remained consistent upon your arrival, thereby avoiding any unexpected surprises for both you and our team.
We can further discuss your concerns, review the initial discussions, and explore any additional options that may be available if you would like to accept our help. Our team is here to support you throughout this process and address any questions you may have.

Everyone there was amazing I went on my own which I was worried about the team was so helpful good English, fatma was amazing too really quick at replying to texts even when she probably wasn’t working everything was just perfect.
Also really liked how dr Ali explained to me he’s doing what’s safe and is right for my body he’s so friendly and lovely!
I was super worried because you see so many horror story’s but all I can say is they always post the bad never the good.
I really didn’t feel a lot of pain it was just achey and uncomfortable that’s it!
If you’re thinking about it definitely do it and dr Ali is the best around so happy with my results and how I was treated in turkey!
Would definitely recommend and I’m exited to come back for more!

A doctor that does magic for a reasonable price!
I did a lipo&BBL after a strong recommendation from my sister, who also did the same surgery.
I was taken well care of from the start and even was let to stay one more night at the hospital, free of charge!
Ali was very well spoken and made sure I got what was best for my body and did not let me down on the result!! I really came with not many expectations but Ali’s results was even better then I had imagined!!
The results were very well made and I can really recommend Ali to anyone that wants good result at a very reasonable price!!
Once again I will definitely go back to Ali for any future surgeries as his results talk for themselves.

Dr Ali and all his team are amazing. I had labiaplasty and an extended BBL. I am 2 weeks post op and my recovery is going so well. I can’t believe this is my body, it still feels very strange but amazing. After having 2 children my body changed so much. Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I felt very safe having this procedure, everything was explained in detail and the aftercare was faultless. I can’t wait to see the full results in weeks to come. I will definitely be having more work done in the future. Thank you so much to all the team.

I had Rhinoplasty and Vaser liposuction…
I had Rhinoplasty and Vaser liposuction surgery with Dr Ali Uckan in January 2023 and I am absolutely delighted with my results. I have some swelling in my nose still that is going down week by week but overall it’s looking amazing and exactly what I asked for.
His team were fantastic from start to finish and couldn’t do enough for me, I really could not recommend him enough and I wouldn’t think twice about coming back in future for any other surgeries.

Highly recommend Dr Ali
I’m 6 weeks post op after extended liposuction. I am extremely happy with my results. I have healed perfectly with no complications. Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. He’s given me an amazing shape that diet and exercise couldn’t. Dr Ali is really caring , he came to check on me before and after surgery and even the next day. You can really trust him. His team are so welcoming and friendly. I was scared travelling from the UK to Turkey but they all made me feel at ease and excited for the surgery. I highly recommend Dr Ali.

I have travelled to turkey over 5 times with different clinics for different treatments and my experience with Dr.Ali and team is by far the BEST experience I’ve had!
It was my first time travelling alone for surgery and it ran so smooth, everything was relaxed, professional, and stress-free.
The nurses in the hospital were so kind and helped always whenever needed which makes everything so much better. Fatima and team were always by my side at the hospital to help with everything and anything I needed. Dr.Ali truly gave the results I wanted with surgery and explained everything before and after the operation. The best surgeon in the world, Dr Ali Uckan.
This is the second time I’ve entrusted delicate procedures to the hands of Dr Ali Uckan, and this time even brought my sister along who also needed some work done, we traveled from Ireland. Once again I’m absolutely elated with the outcome, Dr Uckan never fails to deliver.
We both had older defective breast implants removed and replaced with latest generation implants. I’ve also had a rhinoplasty.
His pre and post op briefings and support is very professional, and he takes all the necessary time to make you feel completely at ease in the knowledge that you fully understand every aspect of what what will be done, without creating an unrealistic expectations, and focusing on the achievable. Not only was the work outstanding and the results what I had wished for, but some botched work from the previous surgeon was rectified to make the outcome even more pleasing.
The facilities are modern and very clean by any standards, and the staff always professional and helpful for any required assistance.
Dr. Ali Uckan is a awesome surgeon, he is so friendly and you immediately feel at ease, he cares for his patients.
We would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Uckan with very good conscience to anyone considering any surgical procedures.

I can’t thank everyone enough
I can’t thank everyone enough. My whole experience has been extremely good and smooth. Dr Ali Uckan was very thorough and explained things to me in loads of detail which I have never had before with previous surgeons. You can truly tell that he cares about his patients rather than just another number. He is honest and immediately trustworthy. Im very happy with my overall experience and will be going to see him again in the future to fix some mistakes from a previous surgeon that I used.
