I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Alipearl Hair. I ordered an 18-inch raw wig, expecting to receive the unit exactly as described. Instead, when it arrived, only the frontal was around 15 inches, it was a completely different color than the rest of the wig, and overall it did not match what I paid for.
I reached out to customer service hoping they would correct the mistake, but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to convince me the wig was correct. Then they offered two unreasonable options: I could pay even more money to have the wig “customized,” or they would give me a $20 coupon toward a $129 18-inch frontal piece so I could fix the wig myself.
That response was frustrating and unacceptable. If a company sends the wrong unit, the customer should not have to spend additional money or repair the mistake on their own. Customers deserve to receive what they ordered and to be treated fairly when issues arise.
Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Alipearl Hair.

I love this Hair 100 percent human hair and the length is excellent what I ordered. The delivery was quick and fast. You would not be disappointed if you ordered from ALIPEAL. I will be ordering from them again.❤️

Purchased the Burmese curly hair that arrived 3 weeks ago and the hair has been shedding excessively after each wash. The hair is terrible and Alipearl keeps saying the hair is good quality. This is not good quality at all and a waste of money!! Do not purchase!!

The hair is incredible and exactly what I wanted. The customer care is really nice and present and they answer quite fast to any questions.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars it’s because my order took almost three weeks to arrive, but it was worth it!
I’ll definitely buy here in the future!

What I ordered is what I got! I received updates on the progress of my order and it didn’t take time at all compared to a previous company I had ordered a wig from. The wig is absolutely stunning , Oh my gosh the texture, the colour👌🏼,looking forward to ordering another one soon.

I’m currently going through hell with this company . Bought a wig for $750 and the item was shipped with FedEx and a signature was required . First I missed the delivery , second day of reattempt , driver marked the package as delivered and signed my name . I DID NOT SIGN FOR THIS PACKAGE . When investigated the driver said it was delivered to front door . Now that’s a violation because the item was signature required . Filed a claim , contacted alipearl hair. I was told in order to receive a refund . I’ll have to file a police report . After doing so I was told they can reship me a wig shorter in length (20 inches) to be exact or I can receive a refund of $82 . How disrespectful after I paid the insurance for the item . They’re scams and they’re the worst ‼️‼️‼️

The wig I received was complete garbage. Extremely thin, a million fly aways as if the wig was gonna fly to another country off my head and a widows peak hairline which I did not ask for. The quality clearly on the website did not reflect what I paid for which was over $350 dollars. I will spread the word on my social media and w other people I know that want to take a chance on buying the hair. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! Trash !

Primary issues are:

• Lack of density – The hair is not full as advertised and appears thin and see-through.

• Excessive tangling – The hair tangles easily when combed, inconsistent with quality human hair.

• Not true to length – The ends are thin and damaged, requiring approximately 4 inches to be trimmed.

I received my wig today and I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the product. For $520, I expected to receive a high-quality wig consistent with what was advertised on your website and TikTok. Unfortunately, what I received looks nothing like what was promoted.

The hair is thin at the ends and visibly see-through. It lacks fullness and density, and it tangles very easily when combed. If this is truly 100% human hair, excessive tangling should not occur to this degree. Additionally, you advertised “pre-cut layers” and stated that shipping delays were due to customization, yet there are barely any layers present and no visible customization appears to have been done.

As a hair professional, I can confidently assess that the ends are unhealthy and not true to length. Trimming the damaged, thin ends would result in a loss of approximately 4 inches, reducing the wig to 30 inches. Based on your website pricing, the difference in cost is $105. In addition, because the wig lacks the density that was advertised, I now have to purchase an additional bundle at $200 to achieve the fullness shown in your promotional materials.

This situation has created a major inconvenience, especially since I needed this wig for a special event this weekend. I am now forced to spend additional time and money to correct an issue that should not exist.

This feels like a classic bait and switch, where the product delivered does not match what was marketed. These types of unethical business practices are extremely disappointing, especially at this price point.

Due to the inconsistency between what was advertised and what was delivered, I am requesting a partial refund of $305.

I emailed this company the above along with pictures to support my concerns and they never provided a refund! This company is a Scam. Buyer Beware.

The wig I ordered took almost a month to get to me and when it came it looked disheveled. To pay over 300 and the wig look horrible is insane. I sent it back and requested a refund and it seems like they keep giving me the run around. I clearly told them I would be leaving a negative review. I have pictures to prove everything im writing. I just want my refund at this point.

Do not buy under any circumstances!! The wigs are of terrible quality, shiny and unnatural, and the worst part is that it’s impossible to return the product unless you live in the United States, and they absolutely do nothing to help you.

Quality of the hair was fine but it was way to curly and the color way way to light my scalp is darker Very Very disappointed

If u could give no stars I would first my wig was not sent out when it was supposed to then they delayed it twice I had a upcoming cruise that I kept expressing why i needed my wig by a certain time and they assured me I would get it in time for my wig to come after my trip I ended having to spend another $300 on a wig and a up-charge to get my hair done not only did they not compensate me for the inconvenience no apologies didn’t make anything right instead they harassed me to go pick the wig up from the fedex just to return it back to the store to save them money I let the wig return to sender I no longer need the wig the returned wig was delivered to them 3 days ago and still no refund they keep telling me they had to reroute it to their New York store which I don’t see how that’s my problem I never opened the original package or anything now they saying I have to wait until Monday I use to love they wigs I will never shop here again

I just want to say I buy plenty of wigs so I’m Knowledgeable on wigs. I received a wig from Ali Pearl last Saturday when I opened the box I immediately was flabbergasted. The hair was a burnt orange color and real brassy it definitely not chocolate brown or dark brown. It had a strong odor, maybe from the coloring not sure and the hair had split ends and was poorly stitched on the wig cap as well. so I tried to wash it in hopes that I could fix the issue and the smell went away a little, however even after washing and deep conditioning, the split ends were unbearable . The hair holds a curl however with the chemical smell mini split ends many different colors and extremely itchy cap. And the fact that you have to use a whole bottle of hairspray and grease to hold the strays down and then the wig is greasy because you had to put so much product on this wig . Honestly I would rate it a 2 on a scale of 10 only because it holds a curl. The accessories were cheap as well so bottom line I had a very unpleasant experience and will never order from the From them again. Please save yourself and your money. They offer refunds but will ask you 100 questions to get your money back you can’t just say “hey I don’t like it” smh and it takes 30 days if they do approve your refund so save yourself and just buy from a different wig supplier

This company not only got there product back they still continued to charge me for it when I contacted them about receiving back after they gave me a hard time about getting a return label from them to send it back once I questioned about my refund they claimed lace had small pin holes I never wore it or even tried it on even when they offered to help me with there stylist why would I wear something that didn’t look as pictured to why I returned it in first place never again shady company beware

What you see is not what you get! Waste of my money and time.

The wig is of very good quality and I do not regret my choice. Sincerely I highly recommend AlipearlIs the best 🤌🏽

I’ve been ordering from this company ONLY for years!! I don’t order from any other hair company. Alipearl is very consistent and never lets me down. The hair is always great quality and the shipping is so fast, even in the midst of everything going on in the economy. My most recent wig was actually delivered earlier than anticipated (ordered 10/21, expected delivery was 10/27 but package was delivered 10/25). I was very satisfied with my wig and will be ordering again per usual!!
