We are incredibly grateful to our umrah travel consultant- brother Arslan Saeed, for arranging our umrah package exactly as we wanted and within our budget. His professionalism, guidance and continuous support throughout the journey made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.He regularly checked on us to make sure everything was going well, It is rare to find someone who is not only professional but also genuinely cares about their clients' comfort and satisfaction and we truly appreciated his dedication. We highly recommend his services to anyone planning their Umrah. May Allah reward him and his family abundantly. Ameen.

What a lovely person to talk to. Very prompt and accommodating. Constantly tolerating our request for adjustments in the package. I and my wife felt at ease Arsalan definitely. He was willing to give overtime. And very thoughtful with suggestions as though he was facilitating his own family member.

May Allah bless him abundantly

I contacted Alhuda Travel for Umrah packages for this year and the advisor(Arslan Saeed) worked effortlessly to find us the best, affordable packages to choose from. He was friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Highly recommend Alhuda Travel. Haj.

I wanted to Umrah and left that on Facebook. I was contacted Shortly by Waseem Azeez who work for Alhuda Travel. He understood my needs and made all the bookings and reservations needed. They have sorted the Visa and I have asked for many changes in my bookings including last minute ones and Waseem took care of that. Waseem also kept I touch through step by step from Flying to London to making sure that the cars were there to pick me up to my destination Mecca and Madina. I cannot recommend Waseem and Alhuda enough. Top service that made my life much easier and helped me to focus on performing Umrah in Piece.

highly recommend 100% satisfactory services.

I had a great experience dealing with brother Waseem Azeez. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. I do recommend him for anyone in need of their services.

I was contacted by one of your agents regarding the visa service. Must say it was a very professional approach by Waseem Azeez and he was very helpful through out and gave some good tips and advice for my upcoming umrah trip. Very satisfying experience overall. I would definitely recommend his services.

We had amazing service and experience when booking our Umrah trip with Arsalan Saeed from Al Huda. From the moment we contacted them, Arsalan Saeed  was absolutely great and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Arsalan Saeed was excellent throughout, with quick replies and helpful guidance every step of the way including the transfers. Everything was planned exactly as agreed, and the hotels provided were great. We were very pleased with them. Arsalan Saeed from Al Huda  also regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly during the trip including our transfers for the Ziaraats and Arsalan constantly contacted the driver to ensure we were ok. Overall, everything went perfectly, and I would definitely book with Al Huda again. Highly recommended !!

Alhuda Tours provides good service i was not happy with them services in start but when i told Hamza about my problems he solved my problem within 1 day for hamza 5 ⭐

So I booked in January with this company that was under Safa Travel . I was given a good hotel 5 star but later down the line they asked for me to pay more and said the hotel was not booked and it was Saudia Arabia hotel fault . Anyway cut a long story short I had my agent leave and then another new agent called Mohammed Jamshaid Iv got to say his customer service was excellent even though there were many difficulties with communication he was very polite calm and collected . Always spoke in a respectful way which helped me stay with this company as I was very upset and ready to cancel . He is a credit to Safa Travel . He arranges my transfers and train to a good standard . If it wasn’t for the hiccup with my hotel I would have said the experience was very good but because last minute I had to pay for a hotel that took me 20 mins on shuttle bus I was not happy . I don’t think I would go with this company again but Mohammed Jamshaid was very good at his job .

Shahmeer has been extremely helpful in his service & very professional. He managed to find me the best rates and the most appropriate package for my family Umrah trip

It was my first time booking with Safa Travels, Ahmad assisted us through the entire process. He sent us packages and did his best to accomodate our needs, as well as checking up on us while we were there to ensure everything was going smoothly, allowing our trip to be stress free. Will definitely recommend.
