Berhan is extremely professional. He is very knowledgeable about the various algos which makes the experience trustworthy. I am pleased that Berhan is my rep with AlgoExchange.

So many reasons but I will mention a few that, I can remember off the top of my head. My customer service representative, Berhan, is patient, kind and very knowledgable of his expertise. Berhan, makes this complex AI system, so simple, so that, an old man like me can better understand it. He guided me through out the set up, with my inquisitive nature and lack of computer experience he was able to answer all my question to my satisfaction. I hope more people like him, will continue to join the field so that, they can better provide such invaluable service. His explanations were excellent.

Mark Smith is very personable and caring. He goes the extra mile to explain everything in great detail. I can ask him anything -- I even ask the same questions over and over again, and he never gets impatient. I am new to algo trading, and I don't fully understand all of the ins-and-outs, so this level of support is very much appreciated. And, my strategy is doing very well. I've only been trading for about 3 months, but I feel really confident that I will continue to get the returns that were promised. Yay!!

He made it easy. I appreciate his thoughtfulness and knowledge.

I have been a subscriber for a couple of months now. The other day I received an email that the strategy I was scribed to had not been performing the way they wanted and were closing it for now. Alternatives were offered at a promotional subscription rate. I moved my portfolio to a new strategy during a call with Mark.
I do not follow this day to day. I let them do their jobs. The fact that they sent me an email with their concerns about the performance of the strategy and made recommendations for alternatives was awesome. It is not too often that somebody sends you a note to say we are making mistakes and we want to correct the. Shows integrity and confidence in their platform.

I have purchased quite a few systems for trading due to not having time to trade like I want to being very busy running my company. Not one of them comes close to Algo Exchange!!! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced in this industry and have made me more money than any other system I have tried as well. Save yourself a lot of time and money if you are looking for a fully automated system and go with Algo Exchange. You will be happy you did. I would have gave them 10 stars but all they allow on Trustpilot is 5.

Geoff Grossman was a great consultant through the setup. The process is a little tedious, but having someone walk you through it is of great help. Now it's time to see how the Algo trades perform!

So far not meeting my expectations based on the sales call presentations. I’ve been invested since January ‘25 and the Algo has not performed well the entire time. I’m curious how it does maneuvering through Trumpenomics…..
Nice people at the company and that only goes so far. I’m only interested in returns and my account is down from my initial investment.
I will review again in a few months with an update.

I found Algo Exchange towards the tail end of '24. Together with my son, we researched the organization, engaged on video calls to learn their products, discovered that it was a young, fast growing company, offering proven algos, and strategically adding more in the future.

Together with my son, we enrolled in the company, then took time to form an LLC in Jan/Feb. In March we carefully selected two algos, chose StoneX broker - worked with them to create our trading accounts, funded $150K into brokerage and the algos started trading mid March.

We hit a lot of speed bumps along the way, complications due to changing into an LLC partnership. But we were supported in every way by Rob at Algo Exchage, Ilan Cannon/StoneX Brokerage, and Rob was instrumental in assisting me with the accounting back office.

I never really had hesitancy about Algo as a firm in terms of credibility, because there was a lot of confirming evidence. What I found out is that onboarding and set up can be complicated. And Rob was there every step of the way, so all problems were resolved to my satisfaction. Pleased to find that the two algos we subscribed to Millennium and Raptor are performing well in a chaotic market. And Rob leveled the speed bumps enough so that we are on smooth sailing. Looking to expand our portfolio to 3 algos soon.

Berhan was helpful and highly available during the setup phase, including the selection of right Algo system. Overall its very transparent: Algo selection, both backtesting and live performance results are available. Through dashboard you can gauge the performance of your own system vs. the exchange's. The Algo's trading performance is exactly as advertised.

Geoff was very helpful setting everything up and getting my automated trading running. I am hopeful and optimistic about the Algo's making me some money.

This company is legit. I’ve been their client for about 5 months, started small to test it with one algo, and added more money and a second algo after I gained confidence with how they operate.
I was skeptical at first. The returns seem too good to be true, and I have been around long enough to be careful about handing my money over without some reassurances. After talking to a couple of customers, I grew a bit more comfortable and took the plunge.
What I can say is that the results they show on their website are real, and are exactly what I am seeing in my account. It is not all perfect and always up - the last month, with the market crash, has been bad for a few of the algos, and I am down on my second algo. But still up enough on the first one to easily make up for it (up 18% in 5 months).
The service is also great. Any questions I just need to message the team on slack and they will respond immediately, if needed will get on a zoom to discuss. They are also proactive: just this week, Mark reached out and suggested a change of algo as he recommended a better one, as one of the algos was underperforming.
It’s not “easy money with no risk”, but if you have some additional capital and you are comfortable taking some risk to get some upside, in a way that is uncorrelated with the market, Algo Exchange definitely is worth a look.

I feel that the team at ALGO are informative and keep your best investing in their view. Great working with them.

Algo Exchange has exceeded my expectations for performance and customer service. You will not be disappointed.

AlgoExchange is great and legit company.
They are trustworthy and they will guide you thru process of opening brokerage account till connecting account with them. I personally did have problems with opening brokerage account, because it was impossible to open that broker in my country, but i was able to select my country by registration and their team took care and did a research so we found a solution and everything went smooth. They dont have access to your brokerage account or platform. AlgoExchange team will be always available and ready to answer you.

AlgoExchange is a trustworthy company that makes you money. Mark is a great guy to work with -- explains things very well and is always available, excellent customer service! The company is transparent with their returns and some months losses occur, as with any trading, but overall, I am making money. My money stays with US broker, US futures are trades within normal trading hours for max liquidity and best fills. After looking at other companies for automated trading, this one stood out and so far, no disappointment.

Great company with very responsive and helpful customer service. I worked with John who met with me as many times as it took me to feel comfortable to sign up for algo trading. All questions were answered, no sales pressure at all. Excellent gentleman to represent the company -- first impressions do make a difference!!! Very transparent company that shows you historical results which are excellent. Of course, there is no such thing as guarantee in trading, but I feel that this is about as close to 'guarantee' as one can get.

Mark is the representative that I work with now who is also excellent! Mark replies to my questions super fast and jumps on a call to help me navigate the platform (which is actually user friendly but I am new and what's better way to learn other than from professional rep who knows the ins and outs of it).

I have high confidence in this algo trading. I met with *many* companies, and ultimately, felt that AlgoExchange is the company I am going to trust my money with.

I've been working with Austin and Mark for the past 6 months and have been very impressed with their level of service, the reliability of the strategies, and the results I've seen.

It's important for anyone reading this to know that I believe algo trading is used as a part of a diversified and risk-protected macro-strategy, and I wouldn't recommend anyone have too many eggs in one basket.

Set up was super easy, made 15% my first full month and didn't have to lift a finger. It won't do that every month, but it gave me massive confidence and proof-of-concept. I plan on scaling up to $100,000 after Q1. Great job guys!
