The communication throughout the experience was fantastic. The team were able to provide exactly what we needed
There was a slight malfunction with one of the table hinges (which were we able to temporarily fix with a nail). As it was the night before our event, Alfresco Hire were unable to help, but were very supportive and understanding over the phone and over emails
Aside from the slight malfunction, all tables, chairs etc were exactly as expected and worked a treat for our wedding reception
The delivery was completely painless, with the driver carrying all equipment to where it needed to go, as well as collecting as he found it on the day of pick up
Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend

As a wedding planner, Alfresco were brilliant from start to finish. Accommodating and never making me feel like anything was a hassle to update/change. Delivery was flexible which was handy when you're trying to juggle other deliveries and restrictions etc. Items hired were a great quality with no issues at all. Thank you Alfresco!

We had The Rhythm Detectives play at my 40th birthday party and they were absolutely incredible. They brought an unbelievable energy that had everyone on their feet. They didn’t just play music, they created the atmosphere and made the night unforgettable.

Everybody was raving about how amazing the band were, and I couldn’t agree more. If you’re considering booking them, don’t hesitate, they turned a good party into an unforgettable one. Truly talented musicians and top professionals. Highly recommended!

I cannot praise the lovely men that drop off, set up and pick up the bar enough!! Always in good spirit, always on time and always so efficient with the setup and delivery.
I've used Alfresco bar hire for my events at Pub in the Park and would recommend them to any of my clients for future use.

The furniture was exactly what we needed for our party - neutral and rustic so we could add our own decoration. Great communication in the lead up to the event. Delivery was efficient. Overall a great experience. Would definitely use again!

Just fantastic. The customer service was excellent, I had to tweak the numbers the week prior and they were so helpful in adjusting those last minute and even on the day when I realised I had over ordered. Delivery was as scheduled and the collection the following day was prompt. Very competitive price wise too, it was nice to have options to choose from with the chairs. The furniture suited the venue so well. Would absolutely use again!

The tables and benches were delivered on time by two efficient, courteous delivery men. They carried them into my outside space with care. The tables and benches were all clean and in good condition. They were collected as arranged. All communication was excellent.

We wanted to make the effort to review the service we received from Alfresco Hire a few weeks ago, because it was truly excellent from start to finish, and we hope that it inspires others to use them in the future! We hired their rustic tables and chairs, and their light up numbers for my Mum's 80th Garden Party. Communication with Sandra in the office was always helpful and efficient. Connor (owner) & Finn delivered & collected our items, and were the smiliest most cheerful guys. The furniture was delivered in protective cloth bags, indicating the care they take to keep it all in good condition, and we can confirm that the items were flawless. The overall look was fabulous, and we will most definately use Alfresco Hire again!

Alfresco Hire were excellent. Such a lovely company to deal with. Really flexible, helpful and friendly. The tables, chairs and bar made the marquee look fantastic. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

The LED dance floor looked amazing! If you want to get people on the dance floor would highly recommend the LED one as it just looks beautiful not only in real life but in pictures as well! Was all set up and ready to go and then picked up so smoothly! Can't recommend Alfresco Hire enough! Would give more stars if I could.
