I received my Orlando set within 2 days of ordering, so simple to put together. I was shopping around for 2-3 months before finding Alfresco. I’m over the moon with my experience. Honestly the price compared to other websites I was amazed, never would I have thought I was going to find a bargain for such great quality. I would fully recommend if you’re looking for complete satisfaction, this is the company to go to. At this rate all my family members will have their balconies and gardens stocked ready for the summer days ahead of us.

I ordered garden furniture from Alfesco Comforts after being so badly let down by two other companies and I was a little apprehensive because of this. Kyle was fantastic sending me all the info I needed for setting up the fire pit table. My furniture was delivered 2 days after ordering and I got to say I wasn’t disappointed at all it’s beautiful and so comfortable. We have had many compliments off people during our garden party. Honestly if you are thinking of ordering from AC do it their customer service is the best I have ever come across, FANTASTIC !!!

Beautiful garden furniture set, absolutely stunning and great quality, communication was on point, purchased and delivered within a day!! Actually delivered personally on a Sunday, gave us useful tips and instructions which I have to say was a pleasure to assembly, Would highly recommend this company, I will certainly be buying from them again. Fantastic to deal with, kept their promise on everything, brilliant quality patio furniture and for a tiny fee assembled it too, delivered on a Sunday as they were busy in peak season but didn’t want to let us down. In our opinion they over delivered so that cant be bad! Would use again in a heartbeat.

We recently purchased the Orlando Fabric Garden Set With Rising Table and have been delighted with not only the quality and look of the furniture but the entire buying experience which has been seamless and highly professional. After viewing Trustpilot I wondered if the reviews of the site and the ever helpful Kyle were correct. Kyle was indeed exceptionally helpful sending across updated pictures and providing further details via WhatsApp. The furniture arrived within 2 days of purchase and was well packaged. Putting it together took a little time but wasn't complicated ( attaching legs ) with only the fire pit requiring a little more concentration. A great set of furniture and its already been well used. I have high hopes for the fabric so fingers x .

After seeing the 9 piece Miami set on another website with sooooo many bad reviews I came across alfresco and took a chance with them. Made up we did. It was so easy to set up. Everything was perfect and looks amazing in the garden. Kyle emailed me to let me know the furniture wasn't going to be ready until a certain date which I was aware of and he even offered to delay it if we needed too. Brilliant customer service. Would recommend to everyone! 10/10 ⭐️

We ordered the Miami 7 piece corner set with firepit table, needed to delay delivery slightly as garden work was still ongoing. Kyle couldn't have been more helpful, (the company was easily contactable through email or phone with instant replies) and arranged delivery on the exact date we requested.
The furniture itself is of excellent quality and so easy to put together.
We saw the same furniture for the same price on another well known website but the bad customer reviews put us off.
I could not recommend this small family company highly enough! Very happy customer!

Fantastic experience. Having attempted to order a similar garden furniture set from a large online retailer and it never arriving, I was quite anxious about ordering. Kyle was quick to answer all of my questions and assured me the items were in stock ready for delivery. I ordered on the Wednesday and it was delivered Friday! Excellent service and the set looks brilliant.

Exceptional Customer Service, wouldn't normally write a review. but this company and product full service and experience was outstanding.
Enquired about Miami 9 piece set on bank holiday Monday got an immediate response, processed with order. Received order by Thursday (3 days later). Offered free waterproof covers, great after customer service too.
Product is solid great quality easy assemble. and very well made. cushions are great water resistant /water proof material, cover is water proof and tested in the great British weather. love how it looks and great to sit or lie on, very comfortable, regard as good value for money. could not recommend this company and product more. over the moon with product, a stress free purchase.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. We got an amazing deal, delivery was bang on estimated date. The Miami set is stunning and was easy to assemble. Kyle has been fantastic from start to finish, so on the ball with emails and all questions answered promptly. We had an issue where one box of cushions were the wrong colour and Kyle dealt with this immediately sending out the correct cushions within 24hours. Wow! Our furniture was delivered yesterday afternoon, only 48 hours after ordering it. The quality is fantastic and the customer service is second to none. Can't wait for some better weather now so we can get to sit out on it and enjoy the sun

Who have been hugely helpful and thoroughly professional.
Their customer service is second to none and Kyle was in constant communication throughout the process. They even stored our purchased furniture for several weeks until our garden works had been completed.

I contacted Kyle before ordering our furniture to discuss how the product was delivered as we have limited access to our garden. He could not have been more helpful and we agreed the Miami Sofa Set would work for my garden. I ordered the set at a really good price and was able to delay delivery until our newly landscaped garden was ready. I was able to call and book a delivery slot and the set arrived on time and as agreed.
The Miami set comes flat packed so it took a couple of hours to construct. It was well worth it - we are really pleased with the sofas and the fire pit table. Cant wait for some decent weather to enjoy it now. Thanks again to Kyle and his team !!!

What a pleasure it has been dealing with this company! I was interested in the Miami garden set - so contacted Alfresco Comforts to check on delivery times - having just been taken advantage off by another furniture company offering similar sets.
