Dear Mell,
Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you highlighting both the positives and your concerns about your experience.
We’re glad to hear that you found our customer support responsive and helpful in providing a replacement. However, we understand your disappointment regarding the discoloration issue with the replacement bracelet.
While our warranty policy covers one exchange per purchased item, we sincerely regret that the replacement also did not meet expectations. Your concern about a potential production issue has been noted, and we will escalate this feedback to our production team to ensure better quality control in the future.
We value your satisfaction, and although our policy limits further replacements for the same item, we would like to explore alternative solutions to make this right for you. Please feel free to contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist further.
Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Why do you lie? Is that nice? You placed your order on June 28 and you will receive your order this week just in time. It's not our fault that you can't read what is said on our website about the delivery time. You can learn how to track your order with this link https://www.evri.com/track/parcel/H02V3A0036213400/details
You get free delivery, does that still have to come like a rocket?
It is really difficult for us to serve you as a customer when you are not in contact with us other than here. We also have a working email and a few other contact methods that you could use.
Je recommande sans hésiter

According to our information, your order has been delivered to you on time.
We sent you a link to the carrier's tracking information, which clearly shows that the order has been delivered.

From the same link, you can contact the transport company.
We don't know why they haven't responded to your messages.
We can't do anything about it if we see from the tracking information that you have received your order as shown in the link above.
It is also your responsibility to take care of your order because we cannot know the situation at the Spanish post office or at the local delivery company.
We ship orders all over the world and cannot help everyone perfectly.
