Such a bad first and last experience
They made wrong measurements for ny glasses i sent it back to them and sent the measurements which were already uploaded to their website. They did nothing! Just said ok go make another measurements first us to see! It took about a month of emails back and forth and eventually i just accepted my mistake to choose them.
Note: the measurements i sent to them are freshly taken and there were absolutely no reason for me to go make new ones!

Thank you for the feedback and we are sorry to hear about your negative experience.
We would like to clarify that when the glasses were returned and inspected by our opticians, no manufacturing or measurement errors were found- the lenses were made exactly according to the measurements provided in the original order. Because of this, the only remaining possible cause for the issue was the pupillary distance (PD). For that reason, we asked for a re-confirmation of the PD value.
Unfortunately, we did not receive the updated PD measurement, which limited our ability to proceed further or remake the lenses with certainty. Our intention was never to dismiss your concern, but to check all possible areas where an issue could have occurred.
We regret that the process felt lengthy and that it left you with a negative impression. Your experience is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue improving our communication and support.
If you would like to revisit this with us in the future, our team would be happy to assist.
