My husband ordered 2 pair of trousers both the same size but different colours, one pair was the perfect fit and the other one seemed 2 sizes smaller. Trying to return this item is a nightmare. They obviously don't read the reasons to return as they keep offering me a % refund to keep them. Why would we keep an item that has been sized incorrectly and doesn't fit. They constantly ignore emails and expect the customer to pay for the return when the item is sized wrong ? Absolutely awful, considering we are a new customer. Still waiting for them to reply to my latest email regarding them paying for the return since its a faulty item and in the refund policy it does state that they would provide a voucher for the return.

Update: Alden and Ash refuses to refund me or even provide an expected shipping date after charging me immediately over 2 weeks ago for a product I was never sent. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I placed my order two weeks ago and I haven’t received it or confirmation that it shipped. I want a refund since I never received my product.

Too expensive based on the quality provided. It also took 15-18 days for more order to arrive. I wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately i fell for the Facebook ads and ordered 3 pair of trousers.

It is clearly dropshipping and the trousers feel like they should cost around 10 dollars .

Now I tried to return and the webpage says that it Can Only be turned in to store credit.

Horrible quality.. Temu like pants - do not buy.

Ordered two pairs of trousers.
Firstly, these products are drop shipped from China but promoted as if they are a Netherlands product.
The quality wasn’t as good as expected.
When I wanted to return there were multiple offers to just have a % refund and keep the original order.
I don’t want the original order as I’ll never wear them so I was informed that in line with their policy, anything on a deal you wouldn’t get a refund, just credit.
This is after you return the product to China at your own cost.
Not good!

Colour, material and style all different from what was promised. They sent clothes that are unwearable and then when you ask for a refund they refuse, their customer service is appalling. Don’t buy from this site. Don’t take the risk.

Update- no response from the “urgent”email as stated in reply. Had to get PayPal involved and they forced the refund through as they agreed the products delivered weren’t what was promised. So much hassle with this company. Please don’t get scammed like I did.

I would avoid buying from this company. I bought three pairs of trousers all with the same size tag but they came completely different. One pair didn't even get close to buttoning up.

I tried to ask for a refund and their policy only allows for store credit if you have a deal linked to your order.

They also ask you to pay for the return and also say it's not in the UK so highlight how difficult it can be.

Overall a really disappointing experience and I'll not be shopping here again.

* the company have replied below saying they want me to e-mail and chat. I've been doing this since the 11th August and all I've been offered is a 25% refund for £150 spent on trousers. NEVER AGAIN!

Goods came and were a different colour and material than pictured. Offered a replacement item and no refund contrary to UK law.

It took 27 days for my order to arrive. Dissatisfied with the three pair of shorts I purchased($150) I requested a credit. Instead, the company offered me 10% ($15) of what I paid and I could keep the shorts( if I was doing a 1980 Richard Simmons workout video maybe I could have used them) second request for a credit resulted in company offering me 25%($37.50) I refused and was then told no $$ refund but merchandise credit only. They upped the offer to 35% which I felt I had to accept.
Maybe the worst experience with an online vendor in my entire life.

Shirts they sent did not fit and they will not let me return them. After several requests, they continue to offer me low % refunds to avoid a return.

5⭐️ for the branding and publicity. I fell for it. 🛑✋🏻Before ordering make sure to understand refund policy. Check trust pilot for after sale service. 🚨Im on the process of returning mine the size chart didnt help so ended too tight. 🚨Basically if not happy a 02nd item is offered totally free if you pay the extra £13.20 shipping fee totalling £65.20 from your pocket and if not happy then more ££ shipping fees to return but this time to china which will cost further money. On Trustpilot someone mentioned £100 total expenses. 🚨Currently going through the silence of the brand via email as mentioned on trust pilot. 🚨Not a transparent refund policy unfortunately.🚨
Added comments on the facebook page and was blocked by them. Going to contact the trading standards in the UK to look into this business if I don’t get my refund.

2 months into trying to get a refund. “James” has gone silent, the return I paid to ship back to China is fully tracked yet they refuse to refund me the cost of the trousers.

Absolute scam of a company. Based out of some co-working space in Netherlands it seems. James refuses to provide any company information despite saying he has “passed the complaint to management”

Do not buy from this fraudster!

Garbage product, no return policy despite website promise of satisfaction. The shirt I purchased feels flammable and scratchy, but no return form on the site – have to send an email request. Response came back to keep the shirt for a measly 10% refund; no thanks. Or to replace with a different item if I paid the €15 shipping fee; also no thanks. No option to return as promised, just a long explanation of international shipping challenges. Stay away from this scam site and its terrible products. Already filed with my credit card company.

Keine Retoure möglich da man für eine Retoure Kontakt aufnehmen soll. Es wird dann aber nicht geantwortet. Jetzt heißt es dass es komplett bezahlt werden obwohl das nicht meine Schuld ist.

Horrible experience. Received my order after 1,5month. Chinos that arrived are of tremendesly low quality and very badly tailored. They have the manufacturer's patch ardent&ash not alden&ash. colour is in completely diffrent hue than on pictures. Total waste of money. do not buy from them!!!

UPDATE…. Placed order on 22 June. It’s now 7th July. £6 for express delivery. What a joke. I suspect they are selling items that are either not in stock or are nonexistent…

It would seem out of all the reviews I fall in the middle. I can’t say anything about the quality as I still haven’t received my order and have had no communication from customer services when I sent them an e-mail. It does seem like the “express delivery “ works for some as there are reviews here written after I placed my order. Pretty disappointed so far but will update if the stuff ever arrives. This will be after my holiday as I thought I had ordered in plenty of time. Had to go and buy elsewhere.
