I had Pedro help today and he was amazing! Listened to what my issue was and promptly worked to solve it. He also explained what he did so I understood exactly what was happening. He also suggested things to improve what I was working on. I am extremely pleased with his customer service today.

I love the concept of Zapier but I hate the climbing and somewhat deceptive feeling pricing tiers that get you locked in once you have a lot of workflows (or did in the past?) - but Albato won me over with an AppSumo LTD.

On top of that, Pedro from support went way above and beyond to help me find a custom solution for my workflow & the whole experience is much better than the usual cookie cutter (or AI-only) support most companies are offering.

Excellent initial response and follow up! I reported what I thought was a bug, the issue was thoroughly investigated then escalated. A solution was found and communicated much faster than I expected. Two thumbs up!

We love Albato for its wide range of integrated apps. It has all the tools we use in a daily, weekly basic making it easy to integrate and automate.

I have tried many automation programs but a few things make Albato outstanding:
1) Simplicity - Once you have spent a bit of time understanding the structure, it is very easy to use, much more so than Make for example.
2) Flexibility - There so many applications, and you can even make your own, it really is a powerhouse
3) Customer Service - This is incredible. Alex answered my question within 5 minutes and then spent then the next 2 hours on and off helping me accomplish my specific use case.

All in all, highly recommended!

As a newbie to such integrations I would like to say, that this tool is pretty easy to use and their customer service does really outstanding jobs.
I had to create some first integrations and it was very easy, although I am somehow "illiterate" in such things.

Albato makes multi-step automation between applications a breeze.

We used a different application for these tasks for about a year before it stopped working. That application made implementing webhooks a nightmare.

Albato makes implementing the same task almost effortless. The UX design for implementing webhooks, assigning logical names to incoming data, and mapping that data to outgoing applications makes the process simple and intuitive. This ensures that analysing potential bugs is a breeze.

I initially experienced issues with establishing automation, but Pedro from technical support could not have been more helpful. He provided many potential resolutions and tests to perform and turned what could have been a disaster into a roaring success (by my standards, at least).

I find Albato to be the best in class for this type of application, and it will be our choice for implementing and managing no-code automation between cloud apps now and in the future

I've always wanted to automate some of my business processes and tried some other tools like Zapier etc. Costs can go up quickly but I found I can do a lot more for less in Albato. Would recommend!
