Contraté un vuelo 22/7/2023 Madrid /Lanzarote.
El vuelo salía 9:00 de la mañana ,a las 7:00 teníamos que facturar ..nadie apareció .el vuelo salió el día 23 a las 15:00.mas de 30horas de retraso .la compañía no da respuesta sobre indemnizaciones por retraso así como gastos ocasionados por ese retraso de días perdidos de tiempo y servicios contratados hoteles ,comida etc.
No hay forma de contactar con aerolínea solo atraves de email .
Los cuales solo contestan de vez en cuando diciendo que estudiarán el caso .5 meses para estudiar un caso

Wir hätten von Friedrichshafen nach Palma fliegen sollen. Erst wurde der Abflug um 4 Stunden von 18:30 Uhr auf VORAUSSICHTLICH 22:30 Uhr gelegt.
Dann wurden wir immer weiter vertröstet, bis am Ende um kurz nach Halb Eins Nachts der Flug getrichen wurde.
Ersatzflug wurde für den Folgetag um 13 Uhr angekündigt und wir wurden gebeten Nachhause zu gehen. Hotels waren Dank Pfingstwochenende in Friedrichshafen nicht mehr zu bekommen.
Trotz mehrfacher Kommunikation mit der Airlline warten wir bis Heute auf eine Rückerstattung!
Absolutes NoGo da die Faktenlage hier eindeutig ist. Wir werden immer wieder vertröstet, angeblich bekämen wir unser Geld (in Summe 1.000 €). Gekommen ist bis heute nichts.
Absolute Frechheit und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

JUST AS ANNOYING AS ALBASTAR ARE, TUI ARE PUTTING US ALL THROUGH THIS BY CONTINUING TO OUTSOURCE TUI-BOOKED FLIGHTS TO THIS LIMP EXCUSE FOR AN AIRLINE - COMPLETELY AND LEGALLY SHEDDING ANY RESPONSIBILITY WHEN OUTSOURCED FLIGHTS GO WRONG.
(From 24/06/2022 - still awaiting 3-person return-flight refunds after cancelled Norwich to Palma flight - which Albastar blamed, in writing, on BREXIT!
Albastar point the finger at TUI for our refund - flatly refusing to repay us themselves,
TUI get away with - legally - pointing the finger at Albastar (even though TUI took our money),
CAA and Aviation ADR unable to touch Albastar - beyond their jurisdiction,
Spanish version of CAA (AESA) sitting on our official complaint for over six months, no response to chase emails, hang up the phone when called,
Inter-European small-claims legal action no longer accessible, post-Brexit...)

Albastar Airlines: A Master of Delays
TUI sub contracted Albastar for our holiday flight. My recent experience with Albastar Airlines was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my appalling experience due to the extreme level of dissatisfaction.
My flight with Albastar Airlines was scheduled to be a simple journey, but it turned into a horrific ordeal due to the extensive delay. The flight was initially scheduled to depart at a reasonable time, but it was delayed by an astonishing 6 hours! This absurd delay was the result of sheer incompetence and a complete lack of regard for the passengers.
Communication throughout this ordeal was virtually non-existent. Passengers were left stranded without any information for hours on end. The ground staff appeared disinterested, unhelpful, and clueless about the situation. It was baffling how an airline could mishandle a delay of such magnitude so poorly.
As if the delay itself wasn't bad enough, there were no compensations offered to passengers. No refreshments, no meal vouchers, nothing to ease the suffering of weary travellers. It was clear that Albastar Airlines prioritizes its profits over passenger satisfaction.
The flight crew onboard did little to redeem the airline's tarnished reputation. Their disinterest in passenger comfort was evident, and their demeanour was far from professional. It seemed as if they were equally frustrated with the situation, which did not contribute to a pleasant travel experience.
In conclusion, my experience with Albastar Airlines was an absolute disaster. The lengthy delay, combined with the lack of communication, service, and compensation, makes me strongly advise against flying with this airline. The airline's disregard for its passengers' well-being is astounding, and I would discourage anyone from choosing Albastar Airlines for their travel needs.

its now a year and a half since Albastar promised us flight delay compensation for our 45 hour delay, still nothing, no communication for a year now, there customer service policy is to ignore all correspondence, I still ask the question as to why Tui who continue to use this airline and did so in our case, are not interested in helping us, no wonder Jet 2 have become the largest holiday provider in the UK, what a shame. I will continue to pursue this until we are given what is due to us.
Another month passes and no update from Albastar, Do they not understand the first rule of customer services, the staff have obviously been told to ignore all communication regarding our doomed flight, I am told that it is law for an airline to pay flight delay, so how are they getting away this, and why are Tui still using them, when they know they are not compensating people.
I know i keep saying it but ''Tui ! take responsibility, you put us on this airline, stop telling me that its nothing to do with you.

Wollten von Düsseldorf nach Palma fliegen am 31.07.22. 11:15 Uhr sollte es los gehen aufeinmal wurde der Flug gestrichen, keiner konnte uns am Flughafen Auskunft geben. Dann zeigte die Tafel irgendwann 19:45 Uhr an. Letztendlich sind wir um 22 Uhr abgeflogen und durften noch so gerade los fliegen, da in Düsseldorf ja Nachts Flug verbot ist. Antworten von AlbaStar wegen Rückerstattung haben gedauert, dann wurde versprochen, dass das Geld in 90 Tagen auf unserem Konto ist - bis heute nichts bekommen. Wir bleiben hartnäckig und werden sehen.

Sono partita con molta differenza dopo aver letto alcune recensioni. Parlo della mia esperienza ad agosto 2023 Malpensa Marsa alam. Voli partiti in orario aerei normalissimi con dimensioni dei posti uguali alle altre aerolinee comprese quelli che fanno voli intercontinentali che prendo con frequenza in economi. Alla andata ci anno offerto un panino orrendo però al ritorno un panino della beretta che era molto buono. A noi è andata bene.

Volo A/R Lampedusa ultima settimana agosto 2023. PERFETTO: nessun ritardo, aereo pulito, bevande e stuzzichino gratis ma soprattutto il Personale di volo e di terra gentile, efficiente e simpatico! Facendo il paragone con altre Compagnie.....beh, mi sembrava un sogno. La mia prima esperienza con AlbaStar quindi molto positiva!
10 ore di ritardo.
Ritorno da Creta (HER) - Milano (MXP). Arriviamo in aeroporto alle 12 avendo la partenza alle 14, facciamo check-in e ci viene comunicato che l'aeroporto di arrivo sarà Bergamo e non più Malpensa. Andiamo ai controlli di sicurezza e ci dirigiamo al gate; dopo un'ora circa viene comunicato il primo ritardo e il volo fissato per le 17. Passano altre 2 ore e vediamo che il volo è stato spostato alle 23 dello stesso giorno quindi facciamo un 'finto atterraggio' per ritirare i bagagli e tornare in aeroporto più tardi.
Alle 21 quindi siamo dovuti andare di nuovo al check-in e tutto il resto, passati i controlli vediamo che sul tabellone il volo è stato ritardato di un'altra ora, la partenza alle 00:15.
Atterrati a MXP eravamo solo noi a volare a quell'ora e ci sono voluti comunque 40 min per far apparire i primi bagagli sul nastro.

To Jennifer Gilmour and all you lovely people who have had or are having dealings with this awful company, unworthy of any praise whatsoever. This is just to warn you that yesterday, we finally received the due compensation for our 11 hour delay on 11th August 2022.....yes that's right.....over a year ago! This whole process became a mission not to allow Albashite Airlines to get out of paying us, because that is exactly what they will try to do. Please everyone, hang in there and don't accept their lies, for they will change the goalposts every step of the way. Fortunately, two of our fellow passengers from the same flight received their money three months ago and their payment was accompanied by an email from an employee. They kindly gave us the email address and we bombarded this person over the past 6 weeks. It must have helped us, so if you'd like to take our advice and continue your complaints, it is silviadotarcadiatalbastardotes (😉) - I believe the company has its HQ in Palma de Mallorca. I believe the CEO is Michael Harrington. Good luck to you all and please please keep battling on!

We were issued boarding passes by TUI (who we booked the flight through from Majorca to Bournemouth). AlbaStar would not let us board the flight (said our boarding passes were incorrect, despite presenting ourselves 3 times at the gate). TUI have denied all responsibility. Cost us over £1500 to fly back to Heathrow with BA and then get an Uber back to Bournemouth. Our cases actually went on the flight to Bournemoth without us being on it which is a huge security risk. Rude Albastar Gate attendant who also lied and said that we were ''late to the gate'' when TUI late queried what happened. Absolute lies. Do not use this airline. You have been warned, and i have never felt so moved to publish a review like this. AlbaStar are terrible.

Went on a flight a year ago with them. 12 hour delay.
Delays happen i get it, but we found out late and they had no idea what was going on. But thats not my issue with them. In the end only 10ish people went on the flight back as they all got different flights.
Due to delay i was entitled to money back, great... spoke to them via email completed the documents and sent them back. Email said could take 3 months ok... waited, emailed then again... no response. Emailed again sending the documents got reciept no response. Emailed again and finally someone emailed back... yay... except she states they got no documents (erm they are attached to the email you responded to) now i have been ghosted again.
