Got the Coleman as a gift for my brother and he loves it. He travels a lot and he liked everything about the duffle bag. Perfect for a weekend trip.
Waited a bit (around 2 weeks) for it to be delivered since the size was not available on hand but I didn't mind. Customer support was very responsive and a tracker was provided so you know the progress on the delivery.
Overall satisfied with the service and more importantly the quality of their bags.

The correspondence for my special request and clear update to know the status of my order. Sarah was outstanding with her customer service support. Thank you. Product quality is top notch and the finishing is fantastic. They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered came in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been better.

They were quick, the product was as I requested, and arrived promptly after final confirmation. Product was not sent from USA, but Pakistan. I don't know if this is logistical or if the production is actually there.

I’m an airline pilot who loves leather products and just began flying with the Ferguson leather flight bag. It looks and feels like quality, the leather is good to the touch and interior space is enough to fit an iPad, headsets, cases, documents and logbook, safety vest and more. I often get compliments from other pilots and gladly refer to the store.

Excellent leather backpack with just the right amount of front pockets to keep my things organized...also I love that when the backpack is full it stands up...that makes a huge difference...leather is great and soft but durable.

Bag is black... almost entirely. I like it, but not sure why the effort to put brown accects, as they are not noricable. This is a black bag. Not black with brown. Not purple. Just black. I haven't used it yet, but the quality is good.
