I love your offerings and your tutorials.

Purchases are always painless and so far, all the items I’ve purchased have proven practical and worth the price. You do magic creation and selling right.

Easy transaction, communicated updates on when item was shipped and expected delivery.

Enjoyed Unlimited and got some nice material from it.

I shop at Alakazam frequently. I have never been dissappointed with the quality of magic or the service of the staff. I will continue to shop at Alakazam for my magic

Visited the shop for the first time today, and we'll let me tell you the experience was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and was willing to show all different kinds of tricks, which is great for me as a beginner as I can see the trick in action. Peter nardi turned up to the shop whilst I was there and after I bought a trick he was willing to show me how to do it, which is amazing to get shown by a well known magician. will definitely be going back (better make sure you have plenty of ££ as you will see several tricks you will want to buy).

I’m absolutely satisfied with Alakazam Magic’s service. Their customer support is exceptionally helpful, kind, and understanding. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly and patiently, and I truly felt that they genuinely care about their customers.
When I made a mistake during the ordering process, they reacted immediately and solved the issue in a creative and flexible way. No hassle, no delays – just professionalism, attentiveness, and real support.
I especially appreciated how fast and clear their communication was every single time. It’s rare to find such a customer-focused attitude nowadays.
For me, they’re not just a store that sells magic products – they are a true partner in the world of magic.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and human connection.

The TikTok videos are great seeing all the products in action, but unfortunately I have to keep spending money to buy these wonderful products. Shipping is quick and free to New Zealand over $160 NZD and tracking is excellent.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Extensive and relevant product range.

All front-of-house staff I have dealt with (Peter, Harry and Andy) are incredibly helpful, decent people, and have a lot of love for the industry.

Not only happy to recommend to others, but would recommend to other industries to take note of good business practice, productive use of social media, customer engagement, customer retention and customer service.
