Alakazam Magic Shop Anmeldelser

Two words: Best Magic shop. Okay, that’s three—but what happened next is why.

What makes Alakazam stand out from the crowd is their concept of AlakaFam - i.e., you are not just a customer to them, you are literally part of the family.

I just purchased one of their "spotlight" products, which is a new product that they highlight as being something special. I had seen the effect in recent BMC videos and had an idea of how it worked but wasn't 100% sure. After taking part in their live launch, which was a bit of a tell-all, I immediately purchased it even though I was headed out of town.

The next day when I got the email saying it was about to be shipped, I panicked about it sitting outside while I was away so I reached out to Chris James, a talented magic creator/performer who also runs the USA branch of Alakazam.

Chris couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. Alakazam is lucky to have him, he's sort of the secret sauce behind Alakazam USA.

After a friendly chat, not only do I not have to worry about my purchase being delivered while I'm away, there is a chance I may actually be able to perform it on my trip.

That was totally unexpected, but that's AlakaFam!

You're not just a customer, you're family.

I know I sound like a fanboy, but every experience I've had with Alakazam has exceeded my expectations. That's just the honest truth. This one was just the cherry on top.

Thank you, Chris and Alakazam, for making my purchasing experience, well, magical....again, and again, and again.

There is simply no better place online to purchase magic. And now that they own The 1914, Print by Magic, have a US warehouse that saves on overseas shipping costs and also spotlight the best effects created by the world's top magic creators, there is no reason to look elsewhere.

Alakazam is the Carlsberg of magic merchants this company does not sleep.

Alakazam is my go to online magic dealer, they have a huge selection (including bizarre magic) the send items super fast, packed well, and at a great price. Highly recommended

This is probably one of the worst companies I have delt with. I have two Downloads that I cannot even access because I have to put in a password each time. Since there is no physical product, I can never find the password. I would understand if it was a non Alakazam product but these are both Alakazam products. Stick with vanishing inc or Penguin for great customer service.

Over the past year, I have made multiple purchases of varying effects. Alakazam has the best quality merchandise and their customer service is outstanding.

Great communication, fast delivery, nice product.

Great and rapid customer service and support.

U generally haven’t ever failed to deliver & often have items I don’t see elsewhere.

Great shop.

Always being out killer magic with really quick postage.

Been shopping here for 25 years. Think they used to be based in Chatham back then. I remember the paper catalogue anyway.

Awesome magic and mentalism suppliers, great downloads!! Fast and speedy reply with any queries!! 😎

I understand companies make mistakes just like people do but I have to say Alakazam really has fantastic customer service. Anytime there's been a mistake which has been only a couple, alakazam always makes things right and they make it right very quickly.

I consistently order from Alakazam and find myself thrilled every time my package arrives.

The shipping was fine, but I was more than a little disappointed with the product, "ZOLTAR". I thought the deck would be more like a MIRAGE deck or even along the line of a Phil Goldstein PHIL deck. The displaying of the backs necessary for the ZOLTAR deck routine is a bit akward and not always completely succssful no matter how careful you are, unless you use a Svengali display. I also had a hell of a time getting to the online instructional video. Your ALAKAZAM product page would not accept my password. It was the most frustrating experience I have every had trying to get to a purchased online instructional video. Also, I believe a complete instuctional sheet should have accompanied the shipped deck. I doubt if I will ever do any business with Alakazam again.

Always reliable. Always fun. Even across the ocean. Checks all the boxes as a great magic resource!

I Live in the USA and have been buying from Alakazam for years now. Every experience I have had has been tremendous. Their customer service is second to none. They cater to all levels of magicians from the hobbiest to seasoned professional.

The best value they offer is "Alakazam Unlimited" a subscription streaming service that offers access to hundreds of magic training videos, contact with other magicians and enough material to create as many stand alone effects, short sets for performance and entire shows. I have been a member since it began and I am not exaggerating when I say, "Alakazam Unlimited can meet most all of your needs in magic."

Alakazam is my one stop shop for all my magic supplies. Peter, Harry and the Gang are always coming up with new and very impressive routines, which they have designed and have produced on top quality card stock. All of their stuff is topclass and comes with great instructional tutorials. On top of that, they are always extremely helpful when you ring up. Being Magicians themselves, they can always help with problems you may face with a routine or trick. I would highly recommend Alakazam to anyone in the business or just starting out.
Dave.

Fantastic Range of Magic and a great professional team, that makes ordering a breeze.
